Description
Claims (5)
- 内部に混合気が供給されるバーナボディと、バーナボディの開放面を覆う、混合気の噴出部を有する板金製の燃焼板とから成るバーナと、バーナボディの開放面を囲うボディフランジ部に締結される一端の接合フランジ部を有し、内部に熱交換器を収納した燃焼筐とを備える燃焼装置であって、バーナと熱交換器との間の燃焼筐の部分に燃焼筐を冷却する冷却手段を設置するものにおいて、
ボディフランジ部の内周縁よりも外側に張出す燃焼板の周縁の燃焼板フランジ部とボディフランジ部との間にパッキンが介設され、接合フランジ部を燃焼板フランジ部に直接接触させた状態で、接合フランジ部がボディフランジ部に締結され、パッキンは、この締結により燃焼板フランジ部とボディフランジ部との間で圧縮される燃焼板用シール部を有することを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記ボディフランジ部に、前記パッキンに形成した孔を通して前記燃焼板フランジ部に当接する突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記燃焼板フランジ部の外周縁は、前記ボディフランジ部の外周縁よりも内側に位置し、前記接合フランジ部と前記パッキンは、夫々燃焼板フランジ部の外周縁より外側に張出す張出し部を有し、パッキンの張出し部に、前記締結により接合フランジ部の張出し部とボディフランジ部との間で圧縮される燃焼筐用シール部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記ボディフランジ部の外周に、前記接合フランジ部の張出し部のボディフランジ部に対向する面の外周部に当接する屈曲した屈曲縁部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃焼装置。
- 請求項3又は4記載の燃焼装置であって、前記接合フランジ部の前記ボディフランジ部に対する締結箇所は、前記燃焼板フランジ部の外周縁より外側に位置し、前記燃焼筐用シール部は、締結箇所に合致する周方向部分で締結箇所の内側に位置するように形成されるものにおいて、燃焼板フランジ部の外周縁に、締結箇所に合致する周方向部分に位置させて、切欠き部が形成され、燃焼筐用シール部の締結箇所に合致する周方向部分は、切欠き部に入り込むように内側に湾曲することを特徴とする燃焼装置。
