Claims (4)
- バーナボディの混合気噴出部を覆う板金製の燃焼板を備え、燃焼板に形成したスリット状の多数の炎孔から混合気を噴出させて燃焼させる全一次燃焼式バーナであって、炎孔の長手方向をX軸方向、短手方向をY軸方向として、Y軸方向に所定ピッチで並ぶ複数の炎孔から成る炎孔列をX軸方向に複数並設するものにおいて、
炎孔列として、第1炎孔列と、各炎孔の位置が第1炎孔列の各炎孔の位置からY軸方向に半ピッチずれた第2炎孔列とが設けられて、第1炎孔列と第2炎孔列とがX軸方向に交互に並設され、
第1炎孔列と第2炎孔列との少なくとも一方の炎孔列のY軸方向複数個所に、炎孔間のピッチが前記所定ピッチの2倍となるように各1個の炎孔を間引いた間引き部分が設けられ、各間引き部分が、当該間引き部分を設けた炎孔列に属する、当該間引き部分のY軸方向両側に位置する2個の炎孔と、当該間引き部分を設けた炎孔列のX軸方向一側に隣接する炎孔列に属する、当該間引き部分の中心に対しY軸方向両側に夫々半ピッチずれた2個の炎孔と、当該間引き部分を設けた炎孔列のX軸方向他側に隣接する炎孔列に属する、当該間引き部分の中心に対しY軸方向両側に夫々半ピッチずれた2個の炎孔との計6個の炎孔で囲われるようにすることを特徴とする全一次燃焼式バーナ。 - 前記混合気噴出部に重なる前記燃焼板の部分を燃焼領域、前記第1炎孔列と前記第2炎孔列とのうち燃焼領域のX軸方向外側の側縁に最寄りの炎孔列を外側炎孔列として、外側炎孔列には前記間引き部分を設けないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の全一次燃焼式バーナ。
- 前記燃焼板に臨ませて設けられる点火電極と接地電極との間の放電ギャップが前記第1炎孔列と前記第2炎孔列とのうちの一つの特定炎孔列に属する前記間引き部分ではない所定の炎孔間部分に対向すると共に、当該炎孔間部分に、炎孔よりも小さな点火炎孔が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の全一次燃焼式バーナ。
- 前記燃焼板の混合気が噴出する側の面に耐熱繊維布が重ね合せられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の全一次燃焼式バーナ。
