Claims (3)
- 混合管部と、混合管部からの混合気を噴出する上端の炎口部とを有する前後方向に長手のガスバーナを横方向に複数並設した燃焼装置であって、複数のガスバーナの混合管部の上流端のガス導入口に臨む複数のガスノズルと、複数のガスバーナのガス導入口を覆うダンパとを備え、ダンパに、複数のガスバーナのガス導入口に重なる複数の通気孔を形成するものにおいて、
ダンパに、通気孔として、ガスノズルから噴出する燃料ガスが衝突する障害物を有する第1の通気孔と、障害物を有しない第2の通気孔とを混在させて形成することを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 請求項1記載の燃焼装置であって、前記ガスバーナは、前記混合管部及び前記炎口部に加えて、袖火混合管部と炎口部の両脇に位置し袖火混合管部からの混合気を噴出する袖火炎口部とを有し、炎口部から噴出する混合気を理論空燃比より燃料濃度が希薄な淡混合気とし、袖火炎口部から噴出する混合気を理論空燃比より燃料濃度が濃い濃混合気とする濃淡バーナであり、前記ガスノズルに加えて、複数のガスバーナの袖火混合管部の上流端の袖火ガス導入口に臨む複数の袖火ガスノズルを備えると共に、前記ダンパに、前記通気孔に加えて、複数のガスバーナの袖火ガス導入口に重なる複数の袖火通気孔を形成するものにおいて、
前記第2の通気孔は、これを通過する一次空気量が前記第1の通気孔を通過する一次空気量よりも多くなるように形成され、
ガス導入口に第1の通気孔が重なるガスバーナを第1のガスバーナ、ガス導入口に第2の通気孔が重なるガスバーナを第2のガスバーナ、第1のガスバーナの袖火ガス導入口に重なる袖火通気孔を第1の袖火通気孔、第2のガスバーナの袖火ガス導入口に重なる袖火通気孔を第2の袖火通気孔として、第2の袖火通気孔は、これを通過する一次空気量が第1の袖火通気孔を通過する一次空気量よりも少なくなるように形成されることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 請求項2記載の燃焼装置であって、前記複数のガスバーナが複数のグループに組み分けされ、燃焼させるグループの数、組合せを可変すると共に、単独で燃焼させることがあるグループに属するガスバーナの配置範囲の端に前記第1のガスバーナである特定ガスバーナが配置されるものにおいて、特定ガスバーナの前記袖火ガス導入口に重なる前記第1の袖火通気孔は、これを通過する一次空気量が他の第1の袖火通気孔を通過する一次空気量よりも少なくなるように形成されることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
