Abstract
【解決手段】軸方向に向き合う2枚の環状体6a、6bの対向面にボールを収容する半球状のポケット7を周方向に等間隔に形成し、軸方向に突出する係合爪8を一方の環状体6aのポケット7、7の間に設け、その係合爪8を挿入する係合孔9を他方の環状体6bのポケット7、7の間に形成し、係合孔9に挿入した係合爪8を環状体6bに係合させて環状体6a、6bを結合する合成樹脂製保持器を有し、その合成樹脂製保持器で内輪1と外輪2の間のボールを保持する玉軸受において、グリース溜りをなす凹部13を各環状体6a、6bの各ポケット7の両端に形成し、環状体6a、6bの合わせ目14にボールが接触するようにした。

Description
1)前記凹部を前記環状体の内周から外周に至らせて形成し、一方の前記環状体の前記凹部と他方の前記環状体の前記凹部の合わせ目に前記ボールが接触するようにする。
2)前記凹部を内周側に片寄った位置と外周側に片寄った位置の一方または両方に形成し、一方の前記環状体のポケット面と他方の前記環状体のポケット面の合わせ目に前記ボールが接触するようにする。
3)前記凹部を内周と外周の中間位置に形成し、一方の前記環状体の前記凹部の縁と他方の前記環状体の前記凹部の縁の合わせ目に前記ボールが接触するようにする。

Claims (4)
- 軸方向に向き合う2枚の環状体の対向面にボールを収容する半球状のポケットを周方向に等間隔に形成し、軸方向に突出する係合爪を一方の前記環状体の隣り合うポケット間に設け、その係合爪を挿入する係合孔を他方の前記環状体の隣り合うポケット間に形成し、前記係合孔に挿入した前記係合爪を前記他方の環状体に係合させて前記2枚の環状体を結合する合成樹脂製保持器を有し、その合成樹脂製保持器で内輪と外輪の間のボールを保持する玉軸受において、グリース溜りをなす凹部を前記各環状体の前記ポケットの両端に形成し、前記各環状体の合わせ目に前記ボールが接触することを特徴とする玉軸受。
- 前記凹部を前記環状体の内周から外周に至らせて形成し、一方の前記環状体の前記凹部と他方の前記環状体の前記凹部の合わせ目に前記ボールが接触する請求項1に記載の玉軸受。
- 前記凹部を内周側に片寄った位置と外周側に片寄った位置の一方または両方に形成し、一方の前記環状体のポケット面と他方の前記環状体のポケット面の合わせ目に前記ボールが接触する請求項1に記載の玉軸受。
- 前記凹部を内周と外周の中間位置に形成し、一方の前記環状体の前記凹部の縁と他方の前記環状体の前記凹部の縁の合わせ目に前記ボールが接触する請求項1に記載の玉軸受。
