Abstract
【解決手段】 第2の電気的切替手段を構成するウォッシャ用スイッチ41の第3のインシュレータ32を軸方向に長く設定し、このインシュレータ32に、軸方向に延びる固定接点33を設けると共に、基端部32aに接続端子34を設け、この接続端子34を、第1の電気的切替手段を構成するワイパ用スイッチ40の接続端子22の近傍に配置する。接続端子22には第2のリード線43を、接続端子34には第3のリード線44をそれぞれ接続する。

Description
また、上記第2のインシュレータ20と、これに設けられた固定接点21及び接続端子22と、第2のロータリノブ30と、これにより回動操作されるコンタクトホルダ23と、このコンタクトホルダ23に設けられた可動接点28とにより、フロントウインドのワイパ用スイッチ40を構成している。このワイパ用スイッチ40は、本発明のロータリ式の第1の電気的切替手段を構成している。
第1の電気的切替手段としては、スイッチ手段に代えて、可変抵抗器を用いることも可能である。
第2の電気的切替手段を構成するウォッシャ用スイッチ41は、摺動式のスイッチに代えて、対向式のスイッチとして構成することも可能である。
また、ウォッシャ用スイッチ41は、押釦35を直接押圧操作する構成とすることもできる。
Claims (2)
- レバーにおける筒状をなす軸部の先端部付近にその軸部の軸周り方向に回動可能に設けられたノブの回動操作に基づき設定状態が切り替えられるロータリ式の第1の電気的切替手段と、前記軸部の先端部付近にその軸部の軸方向に往復移動可能に設けられた押釦の押圧操作に基づき設定状態が切り替えられるプッシュ式の第2の電気的切替手段とを備えたレバースイッチ装置において、
前記第2の電気的切替手段の固定接点を前記軸方向に延びるように設定し、前記固定接点に電気的に接続された接続端子を、前記第1の電気的切替手段の接続端子の近傍に配置し、これら各接続端子に、前記レバー内に挿通されたリード線を電気的に接続する構成としたことを特徴とするレバースイッチ装置。 - 前記第2の電気的切替手段の固定接点は、前記軸部内に軸方向に延びるように設けられたインシュレータの側面に配置されていると共に、前記第2の電気的切替手段の前記接続端子は前記インシュレータの基端部に配置されていて、前記第2の電気的切替手段は、前記押釦の移動に伴い可動接点が前記インシュレータの側面を摺動して前記固定接点に対して接離する摺動式のスイッチであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレバースイッチ装置。
