本发明公开了一种伸缩杆式联动开关,其特征在于:包括伸缩杆、压缩弹簧、外壳、限位挡块、螺母、锁紧螺母、接线盒、上引线、上弹簧片、下引线、下弹簧片和若干个螺栓,所述伸缩杆包括锥头和导杆,并在所述导杆的上部的外圆表面上设有导杆外螺纹,所述外壳自下至上依次设有下套管、凸台和上套管,所述下套管的外圆表面上设有下套管外螺纹,所述凸台的内孔的中部设有环形槽,在所述上套管的右侧管壁上设有腰形孔,所述伸缩杆的锥头朝下穿装于外壳的孔中,所述压缩弹簧套装于导杆上且装于锥头与外壳的凸台之间,所述螺母及锁紧螺母通过螺纹联接依次从下至上装于导杆上。该发明结构新颖,工作可靠,安装方便,使用寿命长。

Description

一种伸缩杆式联动开关
技术领域
本发明涉及开关元件,具体地说是一种用于厢式电梯制动装置中的伸缩杆式联动开关。
背景技术
为了检测厢式电梯制动装置中的闸皮的磨损是否达到了预设厚度,需在停电时仍能通过联动开关来接通专用的由干电池供电的警示报障电路,以便及时发出信号进行维护,而现有联动开关虽有很多种,但多为通过机械触发电磁铁吸合来完成,这种结构必须使电磁铁长期处于通电状态,故这种结构在停电时,无法正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构新颖、工作可靠、安装方便、使用寿命长的伸缩杆式联动开关。
为达到上述目的,本发明包括伸缩杆、压缩弹簧、外壳、限位挡块、螺母、锁紧螺母、接线盒、上引线、上弹簧片、下引线、下弹簧片和若干个螺栓,所述伸缩杆包括锥头和导杆,并在所述导杆的上部的外圆表面上设有导杆外螺纹,所述外壳自下至上依次设有下套管、凸台和上套管,所述下套管的外圆表面上设有下套管外螺纹,所述凸台的内孔的中部设有环形槽,在所述上套管的右侧管壁上设有腰形孔,所述伸缩杆的锥头朝下穿装于外壳的孔中,所述压缩弹簧套装于导杆上且装于锥头与外壳的凸台之间,所述螺母及锁紧螺母通过螺纹联接依次从下至上装于导杆上,所述限位挡块的水平板插入上套管的腰形孔中,并所述限位挡块的垂直边通过螺栓装于上套管的右外侧壁上,所述上引线及上弹簧片通过螺栓分别装于上套管靠上位置的左外侧壁及左内侧壁上,所述下引线及下弹簧片通过螺栓分别装于上套管靠下位置的左外侧壁及左内侧壁上,并且所述上弹簧片及下弹簧片对称安装于上套管的左内侧壁上,所述接线盒通过螺栓装于上套管的左外侧壁上。
本发明因采用了由伸缩杆、压缩弹簧、外壳、限位挡块、螺母、锁紧螺母、接线盒、上引线、上弹簧片、下引线、下弹簧片和若干个螺栓组成的结构,这样,当厢式电梯制动装置中的闸皮磨损到预设值时,在压缩弹簧的弹力作用下,伸缩杆向下移动,然后,通过螺母将上弹簧片与下弹簧片贴合而接通警示报障电路;另外,设于凸台的内孔中部的环形槽,便于填充润滑脂,以便伸缩杆能上下灵活滑动。本发明结构新颖,工作可靠,安装方便,使用寿命长。

参见图1,本发明包括伸缩杆1、压缩弹簧2、外壳3、限位挡块5、螺母6、锁紧螺母7、接线盒8、上引线9、上弹簧片10、下引线11、下弹簧片12和若干个螺栓4,所述伸缩杆1包括锥头1a和导杆1b,并在所述导杆1b的上部的外圆表面上设有导杆外螺纹1c,所述外壳3自下至上依次设有下套管31、凸台32和上套管33,所述下套管31的外圆表面上设有下套管外螺纹311,所述凸台32的内孔的中部设有环形槽321,在所述上套管33的右侧管壁上设有腰形孔331,所述伸缩杆1的锥头1a朝下穿装于外壳3的孔中,所述压缩弹簧2套装于导杆1b上且装于锥头1a与外壳3的凸台32之间,所述螺母6及锁紧螺母7通过螺纹联接依次从下至上装于导杆1b上,所述限位挡块5的水平板插入上套管33的腰形孔331中,并所述限位挡块5的垂直边通过螺栓4装于上套管33的右外侧壁上,所述上引线9及上弹簧片10通过螺栓4分别装于上套管33靠上位置的左外侧壁及左内侧壁上,所述下引线11及下弹簧片12通过螺栓4分别装于上套管33靠下位置的左外侧壁及左内侧壁上,并且所述上弹簧片10及下弹簧片12对称安装于上套管33的左内侧壁上,所述接线盒8通过螺栓4装于上套管33的左外侧壁上。

1.一种伸缩杆式联动开关,其特征在于:包括伸缩杆(1)、压缩弹簧(2)、外壳(3)、限位挡块(5)、螺母(6)、锁紧螺母(7)、接线盒(8)、上引线(9)、上弹簧片(10)、下引线(11)、下弹簧片(12)和若干个螺栓(4),所述伸缩杆(1)包括锥头(1a)和导杆(1b),并在所述导杆(1b)的上部的外圆表面上设有导杆外螺纹(1c),所述外壳(3)自下至上依次设有下套管(31)、凸台(32)和上套管(33),所述下套管(31)的外圆表面上设有下套管外螺纹(311),所述凸台(32)的内孔的中部设有环形槽(321),在所述上套管(33)的右侧管壁上设有腰形孔(331),所述伸缩杆(1)的锥头(1a)朝下穿装于外壳(3)的孔中,所述压缩弹簧(2)套装于导杆(1b)上且装于锥头(1a)与外壳(3)的凸台(32)之间,所述螺母(6)及锁紧螺母(7)通过螺纹联接依次从下至上装于导杆(1b)上,所述限位挡块(5)的水平板插入上套管(33)的腰形孔(331)中,并所述限位挡块(5)的垂直边通过螺栓(4)装于上套管(33)的右外侧壁上,所述上引线(9)及上弹簧片(10)通过螺栓(4)分别装于上套管(33)靠上位置的左外侧壁及左内侧壁上,所述下引线(11)及下弹簧片(12)通过螺栓(4)分别装于上套管(33)靠下位置的左外侧壁及左内侧壁上,并且所述上弹簧片(10)及下弹簧片(12)对称安装于上套管(33)的左内侧壁上,所述接线盒(8)通过螺栓(4)装于上套管(33)的左外侧壁上。
