本实用新型涉及一种能自动检测溜槽是否堵料的防堵料装置。
背景技术
目前，有的防堵料装置利用冶金矿料的微导电性进行控制，对非导电性的散装物料无法起到防堵作用；有的装置采用红外线传感器，由红外线光柱的通断来控制，可靠性较低；有的装置由同步电机、转盘、光敏管、探头的组成，结构复杂、成本相对较高。现结合现场实际，急于开发出一种实用性好，结构简单、造价低廉的溜槽防堵料装置应用于生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防堵料装置，该装置在溜槽发生堵料时能及时发出可靠的堵料信号，提高装置的安全可靠性。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是提供一种防堵料装置，该装置安装在下料的溜槽内侧壁上，其中：该装置包括有支架、转轴、门式受压板、顶杆、行程开关，所述支架水平固定连接在溜槽侧壁上，支架端部固定有转轴，支架通过转轴与门式受压板垂直连接，顶杆一端固定在门式受压板上，另一端穿过溜槽侧壁通过螺栓与行程开关连接。
本实用新型的效果是采用该防堵料装置，当溜槽底部发生堵料现象时，由于溜槽内上升的物料直接与受压板接触，致使堵料信号产生，与现有技术相比，这样控制更加可靠；受压板只需0.8kg的压力就能使行程开关动作，反应灵敏；不会出现误报、自停等现象，极大提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的防堵料装置结构进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型的防堵料装置结构是，该装置安装在下料的溜槽内侧壁上，支架1水平焊接在溜槽内壁上，支架1端部固定有转轴2，支架1通过转轴2与门式受压板3垂直连接，在自然状态下，门式受压板3由于重力作用垂直向下。顶杆4一端垂直焊接在门式受压板3上，另一端穿过溜槽侧壁通过螺栓与行程开关5连接。行程开关5安装在溜槽外侧。
本实用新型的防堵料装置功能实现的过程：
如图2所示，设备正常生产时，从上游设备来的物料落入溜槽，下游设备能把溜槽内物料及时输送。由于各种原因，当溜槽底部发生堵塞现象时，溜槽内物料就会上升，若不及时处理，物料就会溢出，造成生产事故。
安装本实用新型的防堵料装置后，若溜槽底部发生堵塞，当物料上升至门式受压板3高度时，门式受压板3会受到向外水平推力，顶杆4会产生向外的位移，致使安装在溜槽外侧的行程开关5的联动杆产生位移，触发行程开关5的常开结点闭合，产生堵料信号。行程开关5可以连接在控制系统中，产生堵料信号时，控制上游设备停机，达到预防堵料的目的。行程开关5也可以连接在声光报警系统中，产生堵料信号时，发出报警声音，提醒岗位操作人员及时处理。

1.一种防堵料装置，该装置安装在下料的溜槽内侧壁上，其特征是：该装置包括有支架(1)、转轴(2)、门式受压板(3)、顶杆(4)、行程开关(5)，所述支架(1)水平固定连接在溜槽侧壁上，支架(1)端部固定有转轴(2)，支架(1)通过转轴(2)与门式受压板(3)垂直连接，顶杆(4)一端固定在门式受压板(3)上，另一端穿过溜槽侧壁通过螺栓与行程开关(5)连接。
