Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物処理炉において生成した可燃性ガスを集じん装置5へ導いて可燃性ガス中のダスト濃度を0.02〜0.07kg/Nm3の範囲に除じんし、除じん後の可燃性ガスを高温で燃焼させる廃棄物処理炉1の可燃性ガスの処理方法。集じん装置5で捕集したダストは廃棄物溶融炉1の羽口8から廃棄物溶融炉内に供給して高温燃焼、溶融させる。

Claims (13)
- 廃棄物溶融炉から取り出した可燃性ガスを集じん装置へ導いて可燃性ガス中のダスト濃度を0.02〜0.07kg/Nm3の範囲に除じんし、除じん後の可燃性ガスを燃焼室へ導入し空気を吹き込んで高温で燃焼させることを特徴とする廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 燃焼室において900℃〜1000℃のガス温度で燃焼させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 焼焼室へ吹き込む空気が煙突排ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の廃棄物処理炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 焼焼室へ吹き込む空気が出滓時に前記廃棄物溶融炉の出滓口で発生する噴出ガス又は、都市ごみや産業廃棄物を貯留したごみ貯留室の空気のいずれかあるいは混合した空気であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 廃棄物溶融炉から取り出す可燃性ガスの温度が300℃〜550℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 廃棄物溶融炉から取り出す可燃性ガスの流速が5Bm/s〜10Bm/sであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 縦長スリットが交互に配置されたメインバーナにより燃焼室へ可燃性ガスとともに空気を吹き込むに際し、空気と可燃性ガスのスリット内流速を10Bm/s〜20Bm/s且つ流速差を5Bm/s〜10Bm/sとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 廃棄物溶融炉から取り出した可燃性ガスから集じん装置で捕集したダストを廃棄物溶融炉の羽口から供給して高温燃焼、溶融させることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 燃焼室からの排ガス中の酸素濃度を検出し、燃焼室に吹き込む空気を流量調整するための排ガス酸素濃度調節計、空気流量計及び空気流量調節弁を備えた燃焼室内に、燃焼室内の温度を光によって検出する放射温度計を設け、該放射温度計の温度検出センサーの出力の現在値とその移動平均値の差を偏差演算器で演算し、前記偏差が規定以上を超えた時は、その温度偏差に見合う補正空気量を求め、該補正空気量を前記吹き込み空気量に加算することにより、燃焼室出側の排ガス中の酸素濃度が一定となるように燃焼制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物処理設備の燃焼室の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 前記放射温度計の温度検出センサーの出力の変化率を変化率演算器で演算し、前記変化率が規定以上となった時は、その温度変化に見合う補正空気量を求め、該補正空気量を前記吹き込み空気量に加算することを特徴とする請求項9記載の廃棄物処理炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 前記温度変化に見合う補正空気量が、放射温度計の測定温度から前回測定温度を減算した温度差と補正空気量との関係を示す出力演算データから演算されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の廃棄物処理炉の可燃性ガスの処理方法。
- 廃棄物溶融炉から取り出した可燃性ガス中のダスト濃度を0.02〜0.07kg/Nm3に集じんする集じん装置と、
集じん装置の後流に集じん装置で除じん後の可燃性ガスを導入し、空気を吹き込んで燃焼させる燃焼室と、
燃焼室の燃焼ガスを熱交換する熱交換器と、
集じん装置で捕集したダストを廃棄物溶融炉の羽口から廃棄物物溶融炉内に供給するダスト供給装置を有することを特徴とする廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理装置。 - 燃焼室の炉壁の少なくとも一部を、ボイラー式の炉壁で構成したことを特徴とする請求項12記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ガスの処理装置。
