Abstract
製造作業中もしくは仕掛品の保管中に、芯材への水分若しくはガス成分の付着し難い真空断熱材を提供することにある。
【解決手段】
真空断熱材を、空気の流通がある芯材と、前記芯材の水分およびガス成分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記芯材と吸着剤とを収納する内袋と、この内袋を収納する外袋とから構成し、前記芯材の表面に設けられた切込み部内に吸着剤を充填し、該切込み開口部から吸着剤が出ないように内袋内を脱気し、且つ内袋と芯材を圧縮して、前記切込み開口部入り口を狭めるようにしたことで達成できる。

Description
図1は本発明の一実施例を示す冷蔵庫の要部の縦断面図であり、図2は本発明の第一の実施例における真空断熱材の断面説明図である。先ず、図1に示すように、冷蔵庫の箱体12は、この箱体12の開口を開閉可能に密閉する複数の扉体13を備えている。前記箱体12内には、冷蔵室14a、野菜室14b、製氷室15a、冷凍室15b等が区画形成されている。冷蔵庫の箱体12の断熱壁12aは、箱体12の外板12eと箱体12の内板12fとによって形成される空間の、前記外板12e側または前記内板12f側に、後述する真空断熱材20を配設されている。この真空断熱材20の周囲の空間に、接着力を有するウレタン等の発泡断熱材12bを充填することで、真空断熱材20が固定されて断熱壁12aが形成されている。
図5は本発明の第二の実施例における芯材の加工工程説明図であり、図5(a)は第一加工説明図であり、図5(b)は前記図5(a)にて加工された芯材の第二加工説明図である。図5(c)は前記図5(b)にて加工された芯材の第三加工説明図であり、後述するように、該芯材を前述の図4(c)相当の工程で第一の圧縮をした状態の芯材のみの斜視図である。先ず、図5(a)において、21d、21e、21fは、それぞれ所定の大きさに形成され、図のように積層された無機繊維よりなる空気の流通がある芯材原料であり、該芯材原料は絶対圧力の変化により弾性的に変形する材料により構成されている。前記芯材原料のうち外表面を形成する芯材原料21dの表面に後述する吸着剤を挿入できる切り込み21gを設けてある。

Claims (4)
- 真空断熱材を、無機繊維集合体からなる芯材と、前記芯材の水分およびガス成分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記芯材を収納する内袋と、この内袋を収納する外袋とから構成し、前記芯材の表面に設けられた切込み部内に吸着剤を有し、内袋内を脱気し、且つ内袋と芯材を圧縮して、前記切込み開口部入り口を狭めるようにしたことを特徴とする真空断熱材。
- 真空断熱材を、気体の流通がある芯材と、前記芯材の水分およびガス成分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記芯材と吸着剤とを収納する内袋と、この内袋を収納する外袋とから構成し、前記芯材の表面に設けられた切込み部内に吸着剤を充填し、該切込み開口部から吸着剤が出ないように内袋内を脱気し、且つ内袋と芯材を圧縮して、前記切込み開口部入り口を狭めるようにしたことを特徴とする真空断熱材。
- 外板と内板とを備え、前記外板と内板とによって形成される空間の前記外板側または前記内板側に真空断熱材を配設し、前記真空断熱材以外の前記空間に発泡断熱材を充填した冷蔵庫において、前記真空断熱材を、空気の流通がある芯材と、前記芯材の水分およびガス成分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記芯材と吸着剤とを収納する内袋と、この内袋を収納する外袋とから構成し、前記芯材の表面に設けられた切込み部内に吸着剤を充填し、該切込み開口部から吸着剤が出ないように芯材を圧縮して、芯材同志で前記切込み開口部入り口を狭めるようにしたことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
- 空気の流通がある芯材と、該芯材の水分およびガス成分を吸着する吸着剤と、前記芯材及び吸着剤を覆う内袋と外袋からなる二重の袋と、から構成した真空断熱材において、前記内袋で前記芯材を覆う前に、前記芯材に設けた吸着剤収納部に、吸着剤を充填し、該吸着剤収納部から吸着剤が出ないように芯材を圧縮して、芯材同志で前記吸着剤収納部入り口を狭めるようにしたことを特徴とする真空断熱材の製造方法。
