Claims (2)
- 外板と内板とを備え、前記外板と前記内板とによって形成される空間の前記外板側に所定の厚さ寸法を有する真空断熱材を配設し、前記真空断熱材以外の前記空間に発泡断熱材を充填した冷蔵庫において、
前記真空断熱材は、芯材と、該芯材を覆う合成樹脂フィルムの内袋と、該内袋を覆う外袋と、を有し、前記芯材はバインダー処理及び加熱成形処理されていない無機繊維の積層体であって、
前記真空断熱材の真空度が低減して内部圧力が大気圧程度となった場合、該真空断熱材自身の復元力及び該真空断熱材内に浸入した空気の膨張により、該真空断熱材自身の厚さが前記所定の厚さ寸法よりも前記繊維積層体の積層方向に大きくなり、前記外板が目視又は触感によって該真空断熱材の位置が確認可能に膨らみ、
前記外板側に開口を設けて、前記外袋の一辺を破袋した場合に、前記内袋が前記芯材と共に、前記外袋より取り外すことが可能であることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項1において、前記芯材は絶対圧力の変化により弾性的に厚さが変化し、第一の真空度条件下の厚さに保持された後、該第一の真空度条件より高圧である第二の真空度条件以上となった時、前記芯材自身の復元力により、真空断熱材自身の厚さが、前記第一の真空度条件下の厚さより15%以上厚くなることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
