Claims (5)
- 진공 단열재를 무기 섬유 집합체로 이루어지는 코어재와, 상기 코어재의 수분 및 가스 성분을 흡착하는 흡착제와, 상기 코어재 및 상기 흡착제를 수납하는 외측 주머니로 구성하고,상기 흡착제는 상기 코어재의 표면에 설치된 절입부 내에 구비되고,상기 코어재를 바인더를 포함하지 않는 무기 섬유의 적층체를 사용하여 상기 흡착제를 수납 후에 상기 절입부의 개구를 좁히도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 진공 단열재를 무기 섬유 집합체로 이루어지는 코어재와, 상기 코어재의 수분 및 가스 성분을 흡착하는 흡착제와, 상기 코어재를 수납하는 내측 주머니와, 이 내측 주머니를 수납하는 외측 주머니로 구성하고, 상기 코어재의 표면에 설치된 절입부 내에 흡착제를 갖고, 내측 주머니 내를 탈기하고, 또한 내측 주머니와 코어재를 압축하여 상기 절입부의 개구를 좁히도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 진공 단열재를 기체의 유통이 있는 코어재와, 상기 코어재의 수분 및 가스 성분을 흡착하는 흡착제와, 상기 코어재와 흡착제를 수납하는 내측 주머니와, 이 내측 주머니를 수납하는 외측 주머니로 구성하고, 상기 코어재의 표면에 설치된 절입부 내에 흡착제를 충전하고, 상기 절입 개구부로부터 흡착제가 새지 않도록 내측 주머니 내를 탈기하고, 또한 내측 주머니와 코어재를 압축하여 상기 절입부의 개구를 좁히도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 외측판과 내측판을 구비하고, 상기 외측판과 내측판에 의해 형성되는 공간의 상기 외측판 또는 상기 내측판에 진공 단열재를 배치하고, 상기 진공 단열재 이외의 상기 공간에 발포 단열재를 충전한 냉장고에 있어서, 상기 진공 단열재를 공기의 유통이 있는 코어재와, 상기 코어재의 수분 및 가스 성분을 흡착하는 흡착제와, 상기 코어재와 흡착제를 수납하는 내측 주머니와, 이 내측 주머니를 수납하는 외측 주머니로 구성하고, 상기 코어재의 표면에 설치된 절입부 내에 흡착제를 충전하고, 상기 절입 개구부로부터 흡착제가 새지 않도록 코어재를 압축하여 코어재끼리로 상기 절입부의 개구를 좁히도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 공기의 유통이 있는 코어재와, 상기 코어재의 수분 및 가스 성분을 흡착하는 흡착제와, 상기 코어재 및 흡착제를 덮는 내측 주머니와 외측 주머니로 이루어지는 2중 주머니로 구성한 진공 단열재에 있어서, 상기 내측 주머니로 상기 코어재를 덮기 전에, 상기 코어재에 설치한 흡착제 수납부에 흡착제를 충전하고, 상기 흡착제 수납부로부터 흡착제가 새지 않도록 코어재를 압축하여 코어재끼리로 상기 흡착제 수납부 입구를 좁히도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재의 제조 방법.
