Abstract
【解決手段】耐火原料粉および金属Si粉を主材とし、酸素を搬送ガスとして被施工面に吹付け、前記金属Si粉の燃焼発熱で被施工面に溶融付着させる溶射材であって、化学成分値でMgO含有量25質量%以上のマグネシア質粉3〜30質量%、金属Si粉5〜30質量%およびシリカ質粉50〜90質量%を含み、且つ化学成分値で組成全体に占めるMgO成分を1〜25質量%とした工業窯炉補修用溶射材。

Claims (4)
- 耐火原料粉および金属Si粉を主材とし、酸素を搬送ガスとして被施工面に吹付け、前記金属Si粉の燃焼発熱で被施工面に溶融付着させる溶射材であって、化学成分値でMgO含有量25質量%以上のマグネシア質粉3〜30質量%、金属Si粉5〜30質量%およびシリカ質粉50〜90質量%を含み、且つ化学成分値で組成全体に占めるMgO成分を1〜25質量%とした工業窯炉補修用溶射材。
- マグネシア質粉の粒度が0.5mm以下、シリカ質粉の粒度が2mm以下で且つ0.3mm以下の占める割合を0〜15質量%とした請求項1記載の工業窯炉補修用溶射材。
- マグネシア質粉が、マグネシア粉、マグネシア−シリカ粉、マグネシア−カルシア粉、MgO−Al2O3系スピネル粉、マグネシア−カルシア−シリカ粉から選ばれる1種または2種以上である請求項1または2記載の工業窯炉補修用溶射材。
- 請求項1、2または3記載の工業窯炉補修用溶射材において、さらにアルミナ−シリカ質粉、アルミナ質粉、カルシア−シリカ粉、コ−デェライト粉から選ばれる1種または2種以上を10質量%以下含む工業窯炉補修用溶射材。
