Abstract
【解決手段】 缶容器の内圧が異常に上昇してドーム部3Aが缶容器の外方に突出するように変形したときに破断される破断容易部5が、巻締部3Dと連なるドーム部3Aの外周縁部3Cの直ぐ近くに位置するドーム部3Aの外面側に形成されている。例えば、加熱などにより缶容器の内圧が異常に上昇し、底蓋のドーム部の外周縁部を基点とし、ドーム部が反転し、缶容器の外方に突出するように変形したときに破断容易部が破断し、缶容器の内部の内容物を放出するので、内圧が異常に上昇しても缶容器の一部が吹き飛ばされることなくガス抜きができる。

Claims (4)
- 缶容器の下端に形成された環状接地部と、その環状接地部の内周面から缶容器の内方に凹んでいるドーム部とが形成されている缶容器において、
缶容器の内圧が異常に上昇して前記ドーム部が缶容器の外方に突出するように変形したときに破断される破断容易部が、前記環状接地部と連なる前記ドーム部の外周縁部の直ぐ近くに位置する前記ドーム部の外面側に形成されていることを特徴とする缶容器。 - 前記破断容易部が、前記ドーム部の外周縁部からその半径方向に向かって内方にかつ所定の範囲に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の缶容器。
- 前記ドーム部の外面部に設けられている前記破断容易部が、縦断面形状で、前記ドーム部の外面側から内面側に近づくに従って先細りとなる傾斜側面と、その傾斜側面を繋ぐ底面とを有する逆台形状となるスコア線であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の缶容器。
- 前記破断容易部が、平面形状で略半円弧状となる端部を有し、その端部が缶容器の略半径方向に向けて延在していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の缶容器。
