Description
また、請求項1の発明によれば、破断容易部は、中央部がドーム部の外周縁部に接近しかつ両端部がドーム部の中心側に向けて延びるように半円弧状に湾曲した線状に形成されているため、ドーム部の反転時に、破断容易部が破断した際に、直線状に破断容易部が形成されている場合に比べて、破断容易部で囲まれた部分が、外方へ浮き上がり易いため、迅速に缶容器内部の圧力を開放できる。さらに、破断容易部の破断が、破断容易部の端部の延長線上にまで生じて、ドーム部に亀裂が生じた場合でも、破断容易部の端部が、円周方向の隣に位置する他の破断容易部の方向を向いていないため、ドーム部の亀裂が円周方向の隣に位置する他の破断容易部に達して、ドーム部の一部が破断分離されるようなことはない。
さらに、請求項1の発明によれば、破断容易部の少なくとも一部が、ドーム部の外周縁部から3mm以内の範囲に位置しているため、ドーム部の反転時に、ドーム部の中央部分付近に破断容易部が形成されている場合に比べて、ドーム部の外周縁部の直ぐ近くの壁面が、ドーム部の半径方向内方かつ缶容器の軸線方向外方へ引っ張られるように大きく変形し易いため、確実に破断容易部を破断させることができる。
Claims (3)
- 缶容器の下端に形成された環状接地部と、外周縁部がその環状接地部に接続されるとともに前記環状接地部の内周面から缶容器の内方に縦断面が円弧状となるように凹んでいるドーム部とが形成されている缶容器において、
缶容器の内圧が異常に上昇して前記ドーム部が缶容器の外方に突出するように変形したときに破断される破断容易部が、前記環状接地部と連なる前記ドーム部の外周縁部の直ぐ近くに位置する前記ドーム部の外面側に形成され、前記破断容易部は、中央部が前記ドーム部の外周縁部に接近しかつ両端部が前記ドーム部の中心側に向けて延びるように半円弧状に湾曲した線状に形成されるとともに、その破断容易部の少なくとも一部が、前記ドーム部の外周縁部から3mm以内の範囲に位置しており、前記破断容易部が、円周方向に等間隔に4箇所形成されていることを特徴とする缶容器。 - 前記破断容易部が、前記ドーム部の外周縁部からその半径方向に向かって内方にかつ所定の範囲に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の缶容器。
- 前記ドーム部の外面部に設けられている前記破断容易部が、縦断面形状で、前記ドーム部の外面側から内面側に近づくに従って先細りとなる傾斜側面と、その傾斜側面を繋ぐ底面とを有する逆台形状となるスコア線であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の缶容器。
