Abstract
Description
通常の使用時に真空ポンプの動作によって生成される機械的な力に耐えることができる。
貫通穴の近位セグメントは、貫通穴の近位セグメントの側壁に対して当接するようになるまでねじ軸部が曲がる際に、貫通穴と関連するねじ穴の間で可能な横の偏りが、ねじ軸部の半径より大きくなるような形状である。
Claims (10)
- 真空ポンプ(1)を固定構造(3)の壁(2)に締結する締結装置システムであって、同軸の環状フランジ(14)が吸引オリフィス(6)の周りで真空ポンプ本体(4)に設けられ、ねじ穴(15)が固定構造(3)の壁(2)に設けられ、貫通穴(16)が同軸の環状フランジ(14)に設けられ、頭部(18)をもつねじ(17)が、真空ポンプ(1)を固定構造(3)に固定するために、固定構造(3)の壁(2)にフランジ(14)を押し付けながら、軸部(19)が貫通穴(16)を通り、かつ軸部(19)が関連するねじ穴(15)にねじ込まれるように嵌合され、各貫通穴(16)が、同じ軸の周りで円形の円筒でありかつ固定構造の壁(2)に隣接する拡大された近位セグメント(16b)が続く、円形の円筒遠位セグメント(16a)を含み、剪断力(20、21)が真空ポンプ(1)と固定構造(3)の間の連結ゾーンで横方向に加えられた場合に、ねじの軸部が曲がり、貫通穴が関連するねじ穴(15)に対して横方向に(D)偏ることを可能にすることを特徴とするシステム。
- 貫通穴(16)の近位セグメント(16b)が、貫通穴(16)の近位セグメント(16b)の側壁(16c)に対して当接するようになるまでねじ軸部(19)が曲がる際に、貫通穴(16)と関連するねじ穴(16)の間で可能な横方向の偏り(D)が、ねじ軸部(19)の半径より大きくなるような形状であり、かつ貫通穴(16)の近位セグメント(16b)が、貫通穴(16)の遠位セグメント(16a)の長さ(La)より長い長さ(Lb)であるような形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 貫通穴(16)の近位セグメント(16b)が、円形の円錐台遠位部分(216b)によって、貫通穴(16)の遠位セグメント(16a)に連結された円形の円筒近位部分(116b)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 円錐台遠位部分(216b)が約60°に等しい半円錐角をもつことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- ねじの軸部(19)が、その頭部(18)に隣接して、ねじ穴(16)の遠位セグメント(16a)の直径(Da)より相当に小さく、かつ壁(2)の関連するねじ穴(15)にねじ込むように形成されたねじ式セグメント(19b)が自由端(19c)に続く、直径(Dt)の滑らかな軸部セグメント(19a)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4に記載のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 滑らかな軸部セグメント(19a)の直径(Dt)が、貫通穴(16)の遠位セグメント(16a)の直径(Da)より小さいか、またはその80%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 貫通穴(16)の近位セグメント(16b)が、貫通穴(16)の遠位セグメント(16a)の長さ(La)より大きいかまたはその1.5倍に等しい長さ(Lb)であることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のシステム。
- ワッシャ(22)がねじ(17)の頭部(18)とフランジ(14)の隣接する外部面(14a)の間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1から7に記載のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- エラストマ型ダンパ材料が、ねじの軸部(19)とフランジ(14)の対応する貫通穴(16)の間のスペースに挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1から8に記載のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から9のシステムによる貫通穴(16)をもつ締結装置フランジ(14)を備える真空ポンプ(1)。
