Abstract
Description
ラップシールの構成によれば、形成された包装袋の内部に配置される製品は、金属被覆された内側層26によりインク層から確実に保護される。
上の酸素或いは窒素ガス放出を必要とする。水平方向自立性パウチの袋寸法を変更する場合には更に、典型的には2時間以上がかかるが、垂直方向形成及び充填機械では袋寸法は数分の間に変更することができる。また、水平方向自立性パウチ機械では典型的な袋寸法範囲は113グラム(4オンス)から284グラム(10オンス)であるが、垂直方向形成及び充填機械では典型的には28グラム(1オンス)から680グラム(24オンス)の寸法範囲にある袋を製造可能である。
された垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械の最大運転速度は、一分毎に15〜20袋の範囲にある。そのような変更が行われていない標準的な垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械では、同様な寸法を有するピローパウチを一分毎に約40袋の速度で形成することができる。

Claims (15)
- 可撓性包装袋の製造方法であって、
a)垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械へ包装袋を供給する工程と、包装袋上において画像はフィルム移動方向と直交する方向に指向され、
b)垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械において包装フィルムを筒状に形成するとともに縦方向シール部を形成する工程と、
c)包装フィルム筒を水平方向に封着するに先立ち、筒に対して垂直方向に延びるひだを形成する工程と、
d)筒に第1水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第1水平方向シール部は垂直方向に延びるひだの一部を含み、第1水平方向シール部は筒及びひだの全層を相互に封着し、
e)工程a)乃至d)により製造された部分形成袋内へ製品を降下させる工程と、
f)筒に第2水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第2水平方向シール部は垂直方向ひだの一部を含み、第2水平方向シール部は筒及びひだの全層を相互に封着し、
g)第2水平方向シール部において筒の一区分を筒の残り部分から切断することにより自立性パウチを形成する工程とを含み
垂直方向ひだは第1水平方向シール部及び第2水平方向シール部にのみ熱シールが施され、
自立性パウチは折りたたみ工程を付加することなく形成される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 工程c)のひだは、一対の形成プレートの間に配置される少なくとも1個の調節可能な静止タック形成バーにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- タック形成バーはフッ素重合体により構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 可撓性包装袋の製造方法であって、
a)垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械において包装フィルムの筒を形成する工程と、
b)包装フィルムの筒を水平方向に封着する先立って筒に対して垂直方向に延びるひだを形成する工程と、
c)筒に第1水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第1水平方向シール部は垂直方向に延びるひだの一部を含み、
d)筒に第2水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第2水平方向シール部は垂直方向に延びるひだの一部を含み、
e)第2水平方向シール部において筒の一区分を筒の残り部分から切断することにより、一端縁に沿ったひだを有する可撓性包装袋を形成する工程とを含み、
工程b)のひだは一対の形成用プレートの間に配置される少なくとも1個の静止タック形成バーにより形成され、
タック形成バーは1個以上のガス流出口を含み、更に流出口からの規制放出ガスは形成工程b)の間に使用される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 形成工程b)は垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械において形成用筒の底の下方で少なくとも3個の伸張部を伴い筒を緊張状態に保持する工程を更に含み、伸張部は筒を外側へ押しつつ筒の内側から筒へ緊張状態を付与し、更に垂直方向ひだは静止装置によって筒の外側に付与される緊張状態により形成され、静止装置は少なくとも3個の伸張部の2個の間の部分において筒を内側へ押すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1の方法により形成される垂直方向自立性パウチ。
- 形成、充填及び封着機械により複合ポリマーフィルムシートから形成される可撓性包装袋であって、包装袋は形成後に、
単一のシートと、複合フィルム体と、フィルムは画像層を含み、
包装袋の対向する垂直方向端縁において2個の垂直方向横シール部と、
包装袋の底において水平方向ひだとを含み、ひだは垂直方向横シール部と実質的に直交し、
画像層は包装袋が底側ひだ端部を下にして自立させられた時に消費者に視認可能となるように向けられる
ことを特徴とする可撓性包装袋。 - 包装袋は垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械において形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可撓性包装袋。
- 垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械であって、
連続包装フィルムシートを収容するように接続される形成用筒と、形成用筒はその下方から延出するように取り付けられる2個の形成用プレートを有し、
形成用プレートと略反対側の位置において形成用筒の下方から延出するように取り付けられるテンションバーと、
垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械に取り付けられるとともに形成用プレートの間に配置される調節可能な静止タック形成バーとを含み、
垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械は形成パウチ包装袋と自立性包装袋の間で迅速に変換されることを特徴とする垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。 - 形成用筒の周囲において筒状に形成された包装フィルムに対して加圧ガスを放出する手段を更に含み、形成プレート間部分における包装フィルム筒の外側に対してガスが吹き付けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- 形成用筒を有する改良された垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械であって、
形成用筒の下方から延出するように取り付けられる2個の形成用プレートと、
形成用プレートと略反対側の位置において形成用筒の下方から延出するように取り付けられる少なくとも1個のテンションバーと、
形成用プレートの間に配置される少なくとも1個の静止タック形成バーと、
形成用筒の周囲において筒状に形成された包装フィルムに対して加圧ガスを吹き付ける手段とを含み、ガスは形成用プレートの間における包装フィルム筒の外側に対して吹き付けられ、
加圧ガスを吹き付ける手段は、タック形成バーに加圧ガス源と連通するガス流出口を備える
ことを特徴とする垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。 - タック形成バーはフッ素重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- 2個の形成用プレートは更に、形成用プレート及び形成用筒の間に水平方向ヒンジを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- 包装フィルムが筒そして包装袋に形成される時に、ジッパーシールは形成用筒の下方へ垂直線に沿って連続的に包装フィルムと共に進行することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- 供給工程a)は包装材料の長さ方向に沿ってジッパーシールを有する包装材料を供給する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
