Description
また、本発明は、可撓性包装袋の製造方法であって、a)垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械へ包装フィルムを供給する工程と、包装フィルム上において画像はフィルム移動方向と直交する方向に指向され、b)垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械において包装フィルムを筒状に形成するとともに縦方向シール部を形成する工程と、該工程において、包装フィルムを受けるように接続される形成用筒と、形成用筒は、その下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の軸線から離間する方向へ移動する2個の形成用プレートを有することと、これら形成用プレートからほぼ180°離間した位置において、形成用筒の下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用プレートと反対側の方向において形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の軸線から離間する方向へ移動するテンションバーとを備えることと、c)包装フィルム筒を水平方向に封着するに先立ち、筒に対して垂直方向に延びるひだを形成する工程と、ひだは、筒の外側において2個の形成用プレートの間に配置されて筒の中心軸線に向かって移動する少なくとも1個の調節可能な静止タック形成バーにより形成されることと、d)筒に第1水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第1水平方向シール部は垂直方向に延びるひだの一部を含み、第1水平方向シール部は筒及びひだの全層を相互に封着し、e)工程a)乃至d)により製造された部分形成袋内へ製品を降下させる工程と、f)筒に第2水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第2水平方向シール部は垂直方向ひだの一部を含み、第2水平方向シール部は筒及びひだの全層を相互に封着し、g)第2水平方向シール部において筒の一区分を筒の残り部分から切断することにより自立性パウチを形成する工程とを含み、垂直方向ひだは第1水平方向シール部及び第2水平方向シール部にのみ熱シールが施され、自立性パウチは折りたたみ工程を付加することなく形成されることを特徴とする。
更に、本発明は、垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械であって、連続包装フィルムシートを受けるように接続される形成用筒と、形成用筒はその下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の軸線から離間する方向へ移動する2個の形成用プレートを有することと、これら形成用プレートからほぼ180°離間した位置において、形成用筒の下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用プレートと反対側の方向において形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の軸線から離間する方向へ移動するテンションバーと、垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械に取り付けられるとともに、筒の外側において2個の形成用プレートの間に配置されて筒の中心軸線に向かって移動する少なくとも1個の調節可能な静止タック形成バーとを含み、垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械は形成パウチ包装袋と自立性包装袋の間で迅速に変換されることとを特徴とする。
本発明の特徴と思われる新規な構成は添付の請求項に記載される。しかしながら、本発明自体及び好適な使用方法、更にその目的及び効果は、例示する実施形態の以下の詳細を付属の図面と合わせて読むことにより最良に理解される。

Claims (9)
- 可撓性包装袋の製造方法であって、
a)垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械へ包装フィルムを供給する工程と、包装フィルム上において画像はフィルム移動方向と直交する方向に指向され、
b)垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械において包装フィルムを筒状に形成するとともに縦方向シール部を形成する工程と、該工程において、包装フィルムを受けるように接続される形成用筒と、形成用筒は、その下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の中心軸線から離間する方向へ移動する2個の形成用プレートを有することと、これら形成用プレートからほぼ180°離間した位置において、形成用筒の下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用プレートと反対側の方向において形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の軸線から離間する方向へ移動するテンションバーとを備えることと、
c)包装フィルム筒を水平方向に封着するに先立ち、筒に対して垂直方向に延びるひだを形成する工程と、ひだは、筒の外側において2個の形成用プレートの間に配置されて筒の中心軸線に向かって移動する少なくとも1個の調節可能な静止タック形成バーにより形成されることと、
d)筒に第1水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第1水平方向シール部は垂直方向に延びるひだの一部を含み、第1水平方向シール部は筒及びひだの全層を相互に封着し、
e)工程a)乃至d)により製造された部分形成袋内へ製品を降下させる工程と、
f)筒に第2水平方向シール部を形成する工程と、第2水平方向シール部は垂直方向ひだの一部を含み、第2水平方向シール部は筒及びひだの全層を相互に封着し、
g)第2水平方向シール部において筒の一区分を筒の残り部分から切断することにより自立性パウチを形成する工程とを含み、
垂直方向ひだは第1水平方向シール部及び第2水平方向シール部にのみ熱シールが施され、
自立性パウチは折りたたみ工程を付加することなく形成される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - タック形成バーはフッ素重合体により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 供給工程a)は包装材料の長さ方向に沿ってジッパーシールを有する包装材料を供給する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械であって、
連続包装フィルムシートを受けるように接続される形成用筒と、形成用筒はその下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の軸線から離間する方向へ移動する2個の形成用プレートを有することと、
これら形成用プレートからほぼ180°離間した位置において、形成用筒の下方から延出するように取り付けられて、形成用プレートと反対側の方向において形成用筒の内側から、形成用筒の軸線から離間する方向へ移動するテンションバーと、
垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械に取り付けられるとともに、筒の外側において2個の形成用プレートの間に配置されて筒の中心軸線に向かって移動する少なくとも1個の調節可能な静止タック形成バーとを含み、
垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械は形成パウチ包装袋と自立性包装袋の間で迅速に変換されることを特徴とする垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。 - 形成用筒の周囲において筒状に形成された包装フィルムに対して加圧ガスを放出する手段を更に含み、形成プレート間部分における包装フィルム筒の外側に対してガスが吹き付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- タック形成バーはフッ素重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- 2個の形成用プレートは更に、形成用プレート及び形成用筒の間に水平方向ヒンジを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- 形成用筒の内側に分流プレートを備える請求項4に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
- 包装フィルムが筒そして包装袋に形成される時に、ジッパーシールは形成用筒の下方へ垂直線に沿って連続的に包装フィルムと共に進行することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の垂直方向形成、充填及び封着機械。
