Claims (9)
- 間隔センサ(12)と自動的な目隠し認識とを有する,自動車(10)のための速度制御システムにおける駆動状態を選択する方法において:
前記間隔センサ(12)が目隠しされている場合に速度制御を自動的にオフすることに関して,少なくとも1つの他の条件(S7;S105,S205;S307)も調べられ,この他の条件も満たされている場合にのみ前記速度制御の自動的オフが行われることを特徴とする,駆動状態を選択する方法。 - 前記他の条件またはこれらの条件の1つは,間隔センサ(12)の目隠しを認識する直前において,駆動状態が「追従走行」であり,その追従走行において前を走行する車両が目標対象として選択されており,かつ,この目標対象に対する間隔が制御されることであることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記間隔センサ(12)の目隠しが認識されたが前記他の条件が満たされておらず,従って速度制御が続行される場合に,報告が運転者へ出力され,その報告は間隔センサが目隠しされている可能性があることを運転者に指し示すことを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記報告は,視覚的な表示からなり,かつ,間隔センサ(12)が新しい対象を検出し,目隠し認識システムがそれに基づいて間隔センサの目隠しが存在しないことを確認した場合に,自動的に消えることを特徴とする,請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記間隔センサ(12)の目隠しが認識されたが前記他の条件のどれも存在しない場合に,部分的に動作する駆動状態が選択され,
前記駆動状態においては,運転者により選択された意図速度への速度制御は動作し続け,間隔センサ(12)の信号に基づく間隔制御は,運転者の指令(S209)によってのみ再びアクティブにすることができることを特徴とする,請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記他の条件またはこれらの条件の1つは,行われた目隠し認識が,所定の期間内における最初の目隠し認識であるという条件であることを特徴とする,請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該目隠し認識が最初の目隠し認識ではない場合,速度制御は,当該目隠し認識から所定の待機時間(T)が経過し,その待機時間内に間隔センサの目隠し状態が続くとき,初めてオフにされることを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記待機時間(T)は,運転者の再作動指令の頻度および/または間隔センサによる目標対象の検出の頻度に従って可変であることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の方法。
- 間隔センサ(12)と,前記間隔センサ(12)によって測定された,前を走行する車両に対する間隔に従って,あるいは,前を走行する車両が検出されない場合に運転者が選択した意図速度に,車両の速度を制御するための制御ユニット(14)とを有する,自動車(10)のための速度制御システムにおいて:
前記制御ユニット(14)内には,請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法が実装されていることを特徴とする,速度制御システム。
