Abstract
【解決手段】 水通路Wを構成する水配管1と、冷媒通路Rを構成する冷媒配管2とからなり、前記水通路Wを流れる水を前記冷媒通路Rを流れる冷媒により加熱するように構成した給湯用熱交換器において、前記水通路Wの入口部分であって水温が所定温度以下となっている部分Aに、伝熱促進手段を設けて、熱交換器全体としての性能を大幅に向上させるようにしている。

Claims (7)
- 水通路(W)を構成する水配管(1)と、冷媒通路(R)を構成する冷媒配管(2)とからなり、前記水通路(W)を流れる水を前記冷媒通路(R)を流れる冷媒により加熱するように構成した給湯用熱交換器であって、前記水通路(W)の入口部分であって水温が所定温度以下となっている部分(A)に、伝熱促進手段を設けたことを特徴とする給湯用熱交換器。
- 水通路(W)を構成する水配管(1)と、冷媒通路(R)を構成する冷媒配管(2)とからなり、前記水通路(W)を流れる水を前記冷媒通路(R)を流れる冷媒により加熱するように構成した給湯用熱交換器であって、前記水通路(W)の入口部分であって水温が所定温度以下となっている部分(A)における前記水配管(1)を、伝熱促進管により構成したことを特徴とする給湯用熱交換器。
- 水通路(W)を構成する水配管(1)と、冷媒通路(R)を構成する冷媒配管(2)とからなる熱交換ユニット(H),(H)・・を複数段積み重ね、前記水配管(1)および前記冷媒配管(2)をそれぞれ接続して一連の水通路(W)および冷媒通路(R)を構成し、前記水通路(W)を流れる水を前記冷媒通路(R)を流れる冷媒により加熱するように構成した給湯用熱交換器であって、前記水通路(W)の入口側であって水温が所定温度以下となっている部分(A)に、伝熱促進手段を設けたことを特徴とする給湯用熱交換器。
- 水通路(W)を構成する水配管(1)と、冷媒通路(R)を構成する冷媒配管(2)とからなる熱交換ユニット(H),(H)・・を複数段積み重ね、前記水配管(1)および前記冷媒配管(2)をそれぞれ接続して一連の水通路(W)および冷媒通路(R)を構成し、前記水通路(W)を流れる水を前記冷媒通路(R)を流れる冷媒により加熱するように構成した給湯用熱交換器であって、前記水通路(W)の入口側であって水温が所定温度以下となっている熱交換ユニット(H)における前記水配管(1)を、伝熱促進管により構成したことを特徴とする給湯用熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱促進手段として、前記水配管(1)の内面に形成される螺旋溝(7),(7)・・を採用したことを特徴とする請求項1および3のいずれか一項記載の給湯用熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱促進管として、内面に螺旋溝(7),(7)・・設けた内面溝付き管を採用したことを特徴とする請求項2および4のいずれか一項記載の給湯用熱交換器。
- 前記水配管(1)の外周には、前記冷媒配管(2)を接合したことを特徴とする前記請求項1、2、3、4、5および6のいずれか一項記載の給湯用熱交換器。
