Abstract
【解決手段】銅製の水が流通する管1の内部に、冷媒が流通する螺旋状に形成された銅製の管2を内包して、管1の内部を水が管2の内部を二酸化炭素が各々流体として対向流して流れ、二酸化炭素からの熱を管2全体から管1の内部を流れる水に伝熱することができ、熱交換器10に取り付ける断熱材も簡素にでき、ヒートポンプ給湯器等の製品に組み込む際には十分なコンパクト化、軽量化が図れる。

Description
以下、図面を参照しながら、従来から知られているヒートポンプ式給湯機用の水熱交換器を説明する。
図1、図2は、本発明の実施の形態1における熱交換器の管1の軸方向の断面図であり、図3は同実施の形態の熱交換器の管1の軸方向の部分断面図である。

Claims (10)
- 水が流通する管1と、前記管1の内部に冷媒が流通する管2が螺旋状に形成され内包された熱交換器。
- 分流器から複数本に分岐された分岐管を螺旋状に巻いて管2を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 管1の内壁と、螺旋状に巻かれた管2の外郭の間に隙間を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 螺旋状の管2の螺旋の中心軸部に、略同心の空洞を有する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 管2の管外径より広い間隔で螺旋状に巻くことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 管2内を流通する冷媒を二酸化炭素としたことを特徴とした請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 管2を外管と内管が密着してなる2重管としたことを特徴とした請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 管2を形成する分岐管の外径をd2’とし、管1の内径をd1として、前記管1の内径d1が2.1d2’〜2.7d2’であり、螺旋角が4°〜60°であることを特徴とした請求項2から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 管2を1本とし、前記管2の外径をd2、管1の内径をd1として、前記管1の内径d1が1.8d2〜2.2d2であり、螺旋角が6°〜70°であることを特徴とした請求項1または請求項3から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
