Abstract
【解決手段】 病変部100の周囲には、光源クリップ12が留置される。この状態で光源クリップ12のLEDを発光させ、その光を光源クリップ12が留置された肺200の壁部に対して反対側の壁部の近傍に配置した硬性鏡のCCD素子で撮像する。CCD素子で撮像した像は画像処理され、LEDの近赤外域の波長を有する光が可視域の像に重ね合わせられて硬性鏡のモニター80上で術者に認識されて病変部100が同定される。

Description
このような発光手段により発光する光の波長は、それ以下の波長に比べて生体を透過し易いので、それらの波長の一部を使うことによって、より内視鏡で観察し易くなり、病変部を同定し易くなる。
このため、新たに光源を必要とすることなく、簡単な構成で病変部を同定することができる。

まず、第1の実施の形態について図1ないし図8を用いて説明する。
光源部22は、電力供給手段と、電力供給手段による電力の供給により発光する発光手段と、これら電力供給手段および発光手段を収容する有底円筒状の収容ケース26とを備えている。図1(C)に示すように、電力供給手段は、それぞれ収容ケース26に収容された電池28と、スイッチ回路30と、センサー32とを備えている。発光手段は、スイッチ回路30に電気的に接続されたLED34を備えている。LED34は、収容ケース26から突出するように収容ケース26に装着されている。センサー32は、所定の閾値を超えたラジオ波や、磁場の変化、あるいは光を検出し、その信号をスイッチ回路30に伝達する。スイッチ回路30は、センサー32からの信号に基づいて電池28から電力の供給を受け、その電力をLED34に選択的に供給する。
臓器の病変部100の近傍に挿入部68の先端部68aを導入した内視鏡66の処置具挿通チャンネル70にクリップアプリケータ72を挿入した状態で、クリップアプリケータ72を用いて光源クリップ12を容易に臓器の病変部100の周囲に留置することができる。
(付記項1) 電力供給手段と、
前記電力供給手段による電力の供給により発光する発光手段と、
前記発光手段を体内に留置・固定する固定手段と、
前記発光手段の光を検出する外科手術用の内視鏡と
を具備することを特徴とする外科手術用病変部同定システム。
前記第1の内視鏡を用いて前記発光手段を病変部近傍に導き、
前記発光手段を生体の粘膜に固定し、
第2の内視鏡を用いて前記病変部を有する臓器を外側から観察し、
前記発光手段に電力を供給して光を発光させ、
前記第2の内視鏡で前記臓器の組織を透過した発光手段の光を検出し、
前記発光手段の光を確認しながら手術を進める、
病変位置を検出する方法。
前記蛍光体マーカーを体内に留置・固定する固定手段と、
前記蛍光体マーカーの蛍光体を励起させる光源を有し、前記蛍光体から発光する光を検出する内視鏡と
を具備することを特徴とする外科手術用病変部同定システム。
前記第1の内視鏡を用いて前記蛍光体マーカーを病変部近傍に導き、
前記蛍光体マーカーを生体の粘膜に固定し、
第2の内視鏡を用いて前記病変部を有する臓器を外側から観察し、
前記蛍光体マーカーの蛍光体に励起光を照射して所定の波長を有する光を発光させ、
前記第2の内視鏡で前記臓器の組織を透過した前記蛍光体から発して所定の波長を有する光を検出し、
前記所定の波長を有する光を確認しながら手術を進める、
病変位置を検出する方法。
臓器の外部から前記蛍光体に励起光を照射し、
前記励起光により発光し、臓器を透過した光を検出する
病変位置を検出する方法。
Claims (5)
- 生体内で発光可能な光源部と、前記光源部を生体内に留置・固定する固定手段とを有する光源マーカーと、
体内に挿入される挿入部を有する内視鏡と、
前記内視鏡の観察像から前記光源部で発光した光を少なくとも生体の壁部を通して検出し、前記光源マーカーの留置位置を認識可能な認識手段と
を具備することを特徴とする外科手術用病変部同定システム。 - 前記光源部は、780nmないし1300nmの少なくとも一部の波長の光を発光する発光手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科手術用病変部同定システム。
- 前記光源部は、所定の波長の励起光が照射されると蛍光を発光する蛍光体を有する蛍光体マーカーを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科手術用病変部同定システム。
- 前記蛍光体の励起光は、前記内視鏡の光源による光であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の外科手術用病変部同定システム。
- 前記蛍光体は、前記励起光により、780nmないし1300nmの少なくとも一部の波長を有する光を発光する物質であることを特徴とする請求項3もしくは請求項4に記載の外科手術用病変部同定システム。
