Abstract
【解決手段】 この耐圧複合管は、合成樹脂製の内層(1)と、この内層(1)の外周面に沿って環状若しくは螺旋状に巻回した金属製の帯状補強板(2)と、この帯状補強板(2)の外周面を覆う合成樹脂製の外層(3)とを備え、帯状補強板(2)は、径外方向へ膨出した凸部(11)を長手方向に連続して有し、外層(3)は、管軸方向に隣接する凸部(11)(11)間に生じる凹部(20)を埋める埋め込み部(21)を一体に備えている。

Claims (10)
- 合成樹脂製の内層と、この内層の外周面に沿って環状若しくは螺旋状に巻回した金属製の帯状補強板と、この帯状補強板の外周面を覆う合成樹脂製の外層とを備えた管壁を有する耐圧複合管であって、前記帯状補強板は、径外方向へ膨出した凸部を長手方向に連続して有し、前記外層は、管軸方向に隣接する凸部間に生じる凹部の少なくとも半分以上の深さを埋める埋め込み部を備えていることを特徴とする耐圧複合管。
- 前記埋め込み部は、前記凹部の全体を埋めている請求項1記載の耐圧複合管。
- 前記埋め込み部は、前記外層の一部分である請求項1又は2記載の耐圧複合管。
- 前記外層の外周面を、ほぼ平滑に形成した請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の耐圧複合管。
- 前記内層の内周面を、ほぼ平滑に形成した請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の耐圧複合管。
- 前記帯状補強板を、管軸方向に隙間をあけて巻回して、その隙間において前記内層と外層を熱融着若しくは接着した請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の耐圧複合管。
- 前記帯状補強板の長手方向に沿った両側縁部に、管軸方向に沿って互いに離間するように突出するフランジ部を形成した請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の耐圧複合管。
- 前記帯状補強板の内外周面に、合成樹脂製の被膜を形成した請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の耐圧複合管。
- 前記内外層は、合成樹脂帯状体を螺旋状に巻回して、その管軸方向に隣接する側縁部同士を熱融着若しくは接着してなり、前記帯状補強板は、螺旋状に巻回してある請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の耐圧複合管。
- 地中埋設用の排水管として用いられる請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の耐圧複合管。
