Abstract
【解決手段】複数のタイヤ部材から硬化されたタイヤを製造するモジュールが開示される。モジュール10は、所定の経路110に沿って互いに間隔をおいた位置に配置されている複数の部材取付け装置11〜15と、所定の経路110に沿って移動する、可動式のタイヤ組立てトロリー60A,60Bと、可動式のトロリー60A,60B上に搭載される、2つの着脱式タイヤ組立てドラム22とを有している。タイヤ硬化ステーション100は、組立てられたタイヤ部材を、一方の着脱式タイヤ組立てドラム22上に取付けられた状態で硬化する1つのタイヤモールド50を備えている。タイヤは、可動タイヤ組立てトロリー60A,60B上にある他方の着脱式タイヤ組立てドラム22にタイヤ部材が取付けられている間に硬化される。

Claims (3)
- 複数のタイヤ部材から硬化されたタイヤを製造するモジュールにおいて、
所定の経路に沿って互いに間隔をおいた位置に配置されている複数の部材取付け装置と、
前記所定の経路に沿って移動する、可動式のタイヤ組立てトロリーと、
前記可動式のトロリー上に搭載される、2つの着脱式タイヤ組立てドラムと、
前記可動タイヤ組立てトロリー上にある一方の前記着脱式タイヤ組立てドラムに前記タイヤ部材が取付けられている間に、組立てられた前記タイヤ部材を、他方の前記着脱式タイヤ組立てドラム上に取付けられた状態で硬化する1つのタイヤモールドを備えた、タイヤ硬化ステーションと
を有することを特徴とするモジュール。 - 前記複数の部材取付け装置のうちの1つまたは2つ以上の部材取付け装置は、該部材取付け装置の位置で前記タイヤ部材を形成する手段を含む、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記着脱式タイヤ組立てドラムを前記タイヤモールドに運ぶ手段を有する、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
