Abstract
【解決手段】 車両用衝撃吸収体1は、車両構成部材に内設することによって内部または外部からの衝撃を吸収するためのものである。車両用衝撃吸収体1は、熱可塑性プラスチックをブロー成形することにより中空状に形成されている。間隔をあけて互いに対向する第一壁2および第二壁3が設けられている。第一壁2と第二壁3をつなぐ衝撃受け面4を有する。第一壁2および第二壁3には、略等間隔に複数の凹溝5,6が形成されている。凹溝5,6は衝撃受け面4に対して略垂直に配置されている。

Claims (4)
- 車両構成部材に内設することによって内部または外部からの衝撃を吸収するための車両用衝撃吸収体であって、
車両用衝撃吸収体は熱可塑性プラスチックをブロー成形することにより中空状に形成され、
間隔をあけて互いに対向する第一壁および第二壁が設けられており、
第一壁と第二壁をつなぐ衝撃受け面を有するとともに、
第一壁および第二壁には略等間隔に複数の凹溝が形成され、
凹溝は衝撃受け面に対して略垂直な壁より構成され、第一壁または第二壁の衝撃受け面側の端部から他端まで達するように形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用衝撃吸収体。 - 第一壁に形成された凹溝と第二壁に形成された凹溝が互い違いに配列されるように、第一壁に形成された隣接する二つの凹溝間の壁面と対向する位置に第二壁に形成された凹溝が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- 衝撃受け面には第一壁および第二壁に形成した凹溝による半円弧状の切り欠き部が形成されるとともに、第一壁に形成した凹溝による切り欠き部と第二壁に形成した凹溝による切り欠き部の間にパーティングラインが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
- 車両用衝撃吸収体はバンパービームとバンパーフェイシアとの間に介在されており、バンパーフェイシア側に衝撃受け面が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の車両用衝撃吸収体。
