Abstract
【解決手段】2つの構造体を具え、各々はその上に三角形状に間隔を置いて配置された3つの支部を有する。支持部はボールもしくはソケットとすることができる。構造体は6つの部材によって相互に接続され、各々の支持部には2つの部材の端部が接続される。較正デバイスとして用いる場合には、部材を伸縮駆動される測定バーとし、構造体をそれぞれ機械の固定部および可動部に接続すれば、機械の部分の変位が構造体間の相対変位を生じさせ、測定バーの長さを変化させる。測定バーの長さの測定値から、機械の部分の実際の変位を検定することができる。

Claims (12)
- 一対の間隔を置いて配置される構造体と、
該構造体を相互に接続する6本の支柱と、
6つのボール及びソケット接続部であって、3つの接続部が各構造体上で三角形状に間隔を置いて配置される接続部と、
各構造体上のそれぞれのボール及びソケット接続部とその長さ方向に沿って間隔を置いて配置される点において係合する各支柱であって、前記点の間の間隔が、支柱が接続されるボール及びソケット接続部の中心間の可変距離を定める各支柱と、
を備えている機械において、
2つの支柱が、各ボール及びソケット接続部に接続され、該支柱は、一方の構造体のボール及びソケット接続部を貫通して延び、
測定装置が、ボール及びソケット接続部の中心間の前記距離を測定するために設けられていることを特徴とする機械。 - 各測定装置は、読み取りヘッドにより読み取られるスケールを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機械。
- 各支柱またはその延長部分は、ボール及びソケット接続部を貫通し、スケールが設けられている領域に少なくとも平坦な表面を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機械。
- 各支柱またはその延長部分は、スケールがボール及びソケット接続部の中心線上に存在し、同時に、各支柱またはその延長部分の長手方向の軸がボール及びソケット接続部の中心を貫通するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の機械。
- 間隔を置いて配置される構造体は、機械のワーキングボリュームを定め、支柱のための駆動モータは、機械のワーキングボリュームの外側にある該支柱の端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の機械。
- 支柱の端部は、各支柱の長手方向の軸がボール及びソケット接続部の中心と一直線上配列されるように、他方の構造体のボール及びソケット接続部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の機械。
- 一対の間隔を置いて配置される構造体と、
各構造体において間隔を置いて離れて配置される複数のボール及びソケット接続部と、
該構造体を相互に接続する6本の支柱であって、各支柱が構造体各々のそれぞれのボール及びソケット接続部に係合し、支柱が接続されているボール及びソケット接続部の中心間の可変距離を定める支柱と、
を備えている機械において、
少なくとも1つのボール及びソケット接続部は、それに接続される複数の支柱を有し、前記ボール及びソケット接続部は、各支柱それぞれにソケットを備え、球体と協働し、前記ソケットは、球体との係合状態にバイアスされている3つの係合要素を備えていることを特徴とする機械。 - 前記ボール及びソケット接続部は、係合要素を球体との係合状態にバイアスする磁石を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の機械。
- 前記球体は、単体であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の機械。
- 一対の間隔を置いて配置される構造体と、
6つのボール及びソケット接続部であって、3つの接続部が各構造体上で三角形状に間隔を置いて配置される接続部と、
該構造体を相互に接続する6本の支柱であって、各支柱が構造体各々のそれぞれのボール及びソケット接続部に係合し、支柱が接続されているボール及びソケット接続部の中心間の可変距離を定める支柱と、
を備えている機械において、
2つの支柱が、各ボール及びソケット接続部に接続され、
各ボール及びソケット接続部は、各支柱それぞれにソケットを備え、球体と協働し、前記ソケット各々は、球体との係合状態にバイアスされている3つの係合要素を備えていることを特徴とする機械。 - 前記ボール及びソケット接続部は、係合要素を球体との係合状態にバイアスする磁石を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の機械。
- 前記球体は、単体であることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の機械。
