Abstract
【解決手段】 本低速衝突回避システムは、動作制御モジュールを含む。動作制御モジュールは、複数の信号発生器と通信して物体までの距離、車速、アクセル位置、ブレーキスイッチ位置、及びギヤシフト位置を決定し、自動車の動作を制御する。本低速衝突回避システム及び方法は、自動車が所定の低速度より低速で走行中に、及び自動車が停止している時に動作する。

Claims (2)
- 自動車のための低速衝突回避システムであって、
自動車動作制御モジュールと、
上記制御モジュールと通信し、上記自動車から少なくとも1つの物体までの距離を指示する少なくとも1つの第1の信号発生器と、
上記制御モジュールと通信し、上記自動車の車速を指示する第2の信号発生器と、
上記制御モジュールと通信し、アクセル位置を指示する第3の信号発生器と、
上記制御モジュールと通信し、ブレーキスイッチ位置を指示する第4の信号発生器と、
上記制御モジュールと通信し、ギヤシフト位置を指示する第5の信号発生器と、
上記システムの動作距離をセットするためにオペレータが選択した距離ゾーンを指示する第6の信号発生器と、を備え、
上記自動車動作制御モジュールは、上記自動車が所定の低速度より低い速度で走行中に、及び上記自動車が停止している時に、上記信号発生器からの情報に基づいて上記自動車の動作を制御することを特徴とするシステム。 - 自動車のための低速衝突回避方法であって、
上記自動車内の複数の信号表示器にリンクされている動作制御モジュールを準備するステップと、
上記自動車から少なくとも1つの物体までの距離を決定し、それを表す信号を上記動作制御モジュールへ供給するステップと、
上記自動車の車速を決定し、それを表す信号を上記動作制御モジュールへ供給するステップと、
アクセル位置を決定し、それを表す信号を上記動作制御モジュールへ供給するステップと、
ブレーキスイッチ位置を決定し、それを表す信号を上記動作制御モジュールへ供給するステップと、
ギヤシフト位置を決定し、それを表す信号を上記動作制御モジュールへ供給するステップと、
上記システムの動作範囲をセットするためにオペレータが選択した動作ゾーンを決定するステップと、
上記自動車が所定の低速度より低い速度で走行中に、及び上記自動車が停止している時に、上記制御モジュールにおいて自動車制御信号を生成して上記自動車の動作を制御することを特徴とする方法。
