Abstract
【解決手段】チャック20は、円環部120と、該円環部120の中心軸に沿って延出し、第1の管継手部材12に係合する第1の係合部122と、円環部120から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、第2の管継手部材14に弾性的に係合する第2の係合部124とを有する。第2の係合部124の先端部である立体形状部136は、金属板の2箇所の膨出部を対に組み合わせて形成されている。円環部120は、金属板を丸めて形成され、両端部120a、120bは周方向に変位可能なように互いに非固定となっている。

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも一方の部材が挿通される円環部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、前記一方の部材に係合する第1の係合部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、他方の部材に弾性的に係合する第2の係合部と、
を有し、
前記他方の部材の凹部に係合する前記第2の係合部の先端部は、金属板に形成された2箇所の膨出部を対に組み合わせた立体形状をなしていることを特徴とするチャック。 - 少なくとも一方の部材が挿通される円環部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、前記一方の部材に係合する第1の係合部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、他方の部材に弾性的に係合する第2の係合部と、
を有し、
前記円環部は、金属板を丸めて形成され、前記金属板の両端部は周方向に変位可能なように互いに非固定であることを特徴とするチャック。 - 請求項1又は2記載のチャックにおいて、
前記第1の係合部は、前記円環部に設けられた複数の板片を有して構成され、
前記第2の係合部は、前記円環部に設けられ、かつ、前記第1の係合部の前記板片よりも長尺に形成された複数の板ばね部を有して構成されていることを特徴とするチャック。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のチャックにおいて、
前記板ばね部は、前記円環部の中心軸方向へ指向して傾斜した傾斜部を有することを特徴とするチャック。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のチャックにおいて、
前記第1の係合部を構成する板片は前記円環部に等間隔に設けられ、
前記第2の係合部を構成する板ばね部は前記板片と異なる位置で、かつ、前記円環部に等間隔に設けられていることを特徴とするチャック。 - 第1の管継手部材と、
前記第1の管継手部材に結合される第2の管継手部材と、
前記第1及び第2の管継手部材の結合部分に取り付けられ、これら第1及び第2の管継手部材の結合、解除を行わしめるスリーブ部材と、
前記スリーブ部材を第1及び第2の管継手部材が互いに結合される方向に付勢する弾発部材と、
前記第1及び第2の管継手部材とを互いに係合させるチャックとを具備し、
前記チャックは、前記第1の管継手部材が挿通される円環部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、前記第1の管継手部材に係合する第1の係合部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、前記第2の管継手部材に弾性的に係合する第2の係合部と、
を有し、
前記円環部は、金属板の両端部が接近するように該金属板を丸めて形成され、前記両端部は周方向に変位可能なように互いに非固定であることを特徴とする管継手。 - 第1の管継手部材と、
前記第1の管継手部材に結合される第2の管継手部材と、
前記第1及び第2の管継手部材の結合部分に取り付けられ、これら第1及び第2の管継手部材の結合、解除を行わしめるスリーブ部材と、
前記スリーブ部材を第1及び第2の管継手部材が互いに結合される方向に付勢する弾発部材と、
前記第1及び第2の管継手部材とを互いに係合させるチャックとを具備し、
前記チャックは、前記第1の管継手部材が挿通される円環部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、前記第1の管継手部材に係合する第1の係合部と、
前記円環部から該円環部の中心軸に沿って延出し、前記第2の管継手部材に弾性的に係合する第2の係合部と、
を有し、
前記第2の管継手部材の凹部に係合する前記第2の係合部の先端部は、金属板の2箇所の膨出部を対に組み合わせた立体形状をなしていることを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項6又は7記載の管継手において、
前記スリーブ部材の変位を選択的に規制するロック機構を有することを特徴とする管継手。 - 請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の管継手において、前記スリーブ部材の前端部には、着脱可能な合成樹脂材の保護部材が設けられていることを特徴とする管継手。
