Abstract
【解決手段】撹拌機と別個に駆動される分離システムが、室軸61と同軸的に配置された二つの円盤5,7を持つ分離部材80,82から形成されており、これらの二つの円盤間に複数の運搬または刃素子12,86が配置されており、これらの運搬または刃素子が円盤の中点周りに対称的に分配され、円盤の縁から離れる方向に内向きに導かれ、かつ分離装置の作動時に遠心力及び異なる比密度のために粉砕媒体が製品から分離されかつ内部3中に送り戻されるように、材料と粉砕媒体の混合物上に対向圧力を発生する。

図4はこの発明による形式の分離部材の代替実施例の平面図を示す。
− 粉砕空間中の非常に小さい粉砕媒体の回転は分離部材の速度の制御された設定により確保され、その設定は撹拌機の軸速度から独立している。
− 要素の製造問題は減少される。
− 分割篩と篩板での閉塞問題は簡単な薄い織物の使用により減少され、または篩を省くことにより排除される。
− 分離部の負荷は重要ではない。
− 摩擦ギャップでの摩耗は存在しない。
− 非常に狭くて正確な摩擦ギャップの製造問題は排除される。
Claims (7)
- 材料の微細な及び非常に微細な粉砕のための役目をする連続作動する水平撹拌機付きボールミルであって、それが粉砕媒体を受けるための役目をする円筒状または円錐形粉砕室(50,51)、粉砕室(50,51)の一端に配置されかつ粉砕室(50,51)の内部(3)中に開口している材料入口(37)、粉砕室の他端に配置されかつ内部(3)から外に導かれている材料出口(38,39)、複数の撹拌部材(2)を持ちかつ室軸(60)と同軸の撹拌機(1,22)、及び材料出口(38,39)の上流に配置されかつ粉砕媒体を粉砕された材料から分離してそれらを粉砕室(50,51)の内部(3)中に送り戻す別個に駆動される分離システムを持つものにおいて、分離システムが、室軸(61)と同軸的に配置された二つの円盤(5,7)を持つ分離部材(80,82)から形成されており、これらの二つの円盤間に複数の運搬または刃素子(12,86)が配置されており、これらの運搬または刃素子が円盤の中点周りに対称的に分配され、円盤の縁から離れる方向に内向きに導かれ、かつ分離装置の作動時に遠心力及び異なる比密度のために粉砕媒体が製品から分離されかつ内部(3)中に送り戻されるように、材料と粉砕媒体の混合物上に対向圧力を発生することを特徴とする撹拌機付きボールミル。
- 運搬または刃素子が弓形形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌機付きボールミル。
- 円盤の縁から内向きに延びる真直ぐなまたはほぼ真直ぐな運搬または刃素子(86)が弓形形状の運搬または刃素子に加えて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の撹拌機付きボールミル。
- 二つの円盤(5,7)が互いに取り外し可能にまたは取り外し不可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌機付きボールミル。
- 円形中空部(8)を囲む付随的に回転する環状かご(10)が二つの円盤(5,7)間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の撹拌機付きボールミル。
- 篩板リング(6)が環状かご(10)内に置かれていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の撹拌機付きボールミル。
- 篩に付着するどのような粉砕媒体及び粉砕された材料も掻き取る役目をしまたは前記粉砕媒体及び前記粉砕された材料を運動状態に保つ役目をする篩掻き取り具(65)が端壁(35)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の撹拌機付きボールミル。
