Abstract

Claims (17)
- 圧着領域を有する圧着接続子において、
前記圧着領域は、少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップ及び少なくとも1個のピアシング歯を有する基部を具備し、
前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップは、傾斜先端を有し、圧着される際に該傾斜先端が導体の絶縁材料を下面から貫通して前記導体内の電気導体と接触するように、前記基部に配置され、
前記少なくとも1個のピアシング歯は、傾斜端部領域を有し、圧着される際に該傾斜端部領域が前記導体の前記絶縁材料を上面から貫通して前記導体内の前記電気導体と接触するように、前記基部に配置されることを特徴とする圧着接続子。 - 前記少なくとも1個のピアシング歯は前記基部の一側から延びることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記基部は少なくとも1個の穴を具備し、
該穴の周りに前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の圧着接続子。 - 前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップは、前記少なくとも1個のピアシング歯が前記電気導体と接触するよう案内するピラミッド型構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップは、前記少なくとも1個のピアシング歯が前記電気導体と接触するよう案内する円錐型構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップは、前記絶縁材料を貫通するための歯を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップは前記基部から上方に曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記絶縁材料は箔であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップ及び前記少なくとも1個のピアシング歯は、圧着される際に半円弧を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップ及び前記少なくとも1個のピアシング歯は、前記基部に成形されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップは、前記基部の共通の中心点の周りに略環状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項10のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。
- 前記基部は、対向する両側に配置された1対の前記ピアシング歯を有し、
前記対は互いにオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項11のうちいずれか1項記載の圧着接続子。 - 前記対の各々は前記基板上に配置され、前記少なくとも1個のコンタクトストリップの側面に位置することを特徴とする請求項12記載の圧着接続子。
- 絶縁材料に埋め込まれた少なくとも1個の電気導体と電気的に接触する方法において、
圧着接続子の基部に配置されたコンタクトストリップに隣接して導体を配置する工程と、
前記基部に配置されたピアシング歯を変形して、前記圧着接続子が少なくとも部分的に前記導体を囲む工程と、
前記ピアシング歯の先端で前記絶縁材料の上面を貫通させる工程と、
前記コンタクトストリップの先端で前記絶縁材料の下面を貫通させる工程と、
前記電気導体を、前記ピアシング歯及び前記コンタクトストリップのそれぞれの先端に接触させる工程と
からなる電気導体接続方法。 - 前記圧着接続子に圧着工具を適合させる工程をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14記載の電気導体接続方法。
- 前記絶縁材料の前記上面及び前記下面を同時に貫通することを特徴とする請求項14又は15記載の電気導体接続方法。
- 前記ピアシング歯及び前記コンタクトストリップ間に前記導体をクランプする工程をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項14ないし請求項16のうちいずれか1項記載の電気導体接続方法。
