Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジン1と、エンジン1により駆動される油圧ポンプ2と、油圧ポンプ2からの吐出油により駆動されるアクチュエータ4とを有する。上記アクチュエータ4からの戻り油で回転する回生モータ8を、油圧ポンプ2の回転軸に接続し、油圧ポンプ2において必要な駆動トルクが回生モータ8の作動により発生する出力トルクよりも大きい場合は、エンジン1と回生モータ8とにより油圧ポンプ2を駆動する。一方、上記油圧ポンプ2の駆動トルクが回生モータ8の出力トルクよりも小さい場合は、回生モータ8によって油圧ポンプ2を駆動すると共に、油圧ポンプ2にてエネルギ回生されなかった余剰トルクによって、油圧ポンプ2の回転軸に接続された発電機11を発電作動し、この発電電力をバッテリ12に充電する。

Claims (5)
- エンジン(1)と、エンジン(1)により駆動される油圧ポンプ(2)と、油圧ポンプ(2)からの吐出油により駆動されるアクチュエータ(4)とを有する建設機械において、上記アクチュエータ(4)からの戻り油で回転する回生モータ(8)を上記油圧ポンプ(2)の回転軸に接続し、上記油圧ポンプ(2)において必要な駆動トルクが、上記回生モータ(8)の作動により発生する出力トルクよりも大きい場合は、上記エンジン(1)と回生モータ(8)とにより油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動する一方、上記油圧ポンプ(2)において必要な駆動トルクが、上記回生モータ(8)の作動により発生する出力トルクよりも小さい場合は、上記回生モータ(8)によって油圧ポンプ(2)を駆動すると共に、上記油圧ポンプ(2)にてエネルギ回生されなかった余剰トルクによって、上記回生モータ(8)の回転軸に接続された発電機(11)を発電作動し、この発電電力を蓄電装置(12)に蓄電するように構成したことを特徴とする建設機械。
- 上記発電機(11)を電動機として機能させることによってモータ作動させ、上記油圧ポンプ(2)の駆動を助勢するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1の建設機械。
- 上記発電機(11)の回転軸と、回生モータ(8)の回転軸とを、それぞれ油圧ポンプ(2)の回転軸とは別に設け、連動手段を介して上記発電機(11)と、油圧ポンプ(2)と、回生モータ(8)とをそれぞれ連動可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2の建設機械。
- 上記発電機(11)の回転軸と、回生モータ(8)の回転軸との少なくともいずれか一方の回転軸には、上記油圧ポンプ(2)の回転軸に対して、軸トルクの伝達、切断を行うためのクラッチ(17)(18)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかの建設機械。
- 上記回生モータ(8)の回転速度に対する発電機(11)の回転速度を変化させるための無段変速機(24)を両者間に介設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかの建設機械。
