Claims (15)
- 発電機(10)を有する建設機械(1)であり、油圧機能用油圧システム(11)を更に含む前記建設機械(1)であって、前記油圧システム(11)は、前記発電機(10)を冷却するよう適合されることを特徴とする建設機械。
- 冷却用に、前記発電機(10)は、その外面にパイプシステム(23)を有し、該パイプシステム(23)は前記油圧システム(11)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記パイプシステム(23)は、熱伝導材料、好ましくは鉄鋼、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム又は銅から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記パイプシステム(23)は、コイル形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の建設機械。
- 前記パイプシステム(23)は、前記発電機(10)の外面上の二重ケーシングであることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力制限装置(27)が、前記パイプシステム(23)に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 前記油圧オイルを収容するオイルタンク(12)が備えられ、該オイルタンク(12)は、前記油圧システム(11)からの前記油圧オイルを収容するように更に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 前記パイプシステム(23)の前記油圧オイル及び/又は前記油圧システム(11)の油圧オイルを冷却するために、熱交換器(20)が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 規制装置(10b)が、前記発電機(10)のために備えられ、前記規制装置(10b)は、前記発電機(10)の出力を規制するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 装置(10c)が、前記発電機(10)を監視するために備えられ、前記装置(10c)は、前記規制装置(10b)と相互作用するよう形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の建設機械。
- 前記パイプシステム(23)は、前記発電機(10)の筐体(24)に組込まれることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 前記発電機(10)は、補助駆動部(9)によって及び/又は燃焼機関(7)によって駆動されるよう設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 圧力発生オイルポンプ(13a)が、前記パイプシステム(23)に備えられ、前記オイルポンプ(13a)は、前記油圧システム(11)と相互作用するように更に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械。
- 燃焼機関(7)及び/又は補助駆動部(9)は、前記オイルポンプ(13a)を駆動するために備えられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の建設機械。
- 別の電動機が、前記オイルポンプ(13a)を駆動するために、備えられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の建設機械。
