Abstract
Description

ーザー光透過率を有するため、EP−A第0751865号に記述された方法に
よる成形部品の溶接は可能ではない。カーボンブラック濃度をこれ以上さらに低
減すれば透過率は増加するが、これは加工部品の均一な色知覚を全体として大き
く損なうこととなる。

ウム青、ジルコニウムプラセオジム黄である。

らなる透過率測定装置で測定した。IRレーザー吸収性試料については、800
〜1200nmの間のNIRスペクトル領域において<0.1%の測定値が得ら
れ、一方IRレーザー透明物質は典型的には20〜70%の透過率水準を有した
。

組合せにより着色したポリカーボネートから調製した1mm厚および4mm厚の
着色試料板の透過率の測定を行った。非着色ポリカーボネートを基準物質として
用いた。ポリカーボネートについては散乱が起らなかったので、この場合層の厚
さとは無関係の吸光係数を求めることが可能であり、測定した本発明による2種
の色配合の場合、VISスペクトル領域(400nm〜700nm)については
およそE>4、そしてNIRスペクトル領域(700nm〜1200nm)につ
いてはおよそE<0.002であった。 レーザー溶接試験およびその結果 レーザー透過溶接用の成形用組成物の適性を調査するためにNd:YAGレー
ザーを用いて溶接試験を行った。レーザー光透明の試料板を20mm幅にのこぎ
りで切断した。

Hunter社製UltraScanXL分光光度計で評価した。反射測定を多
色試料照明下視野角0°/8°で行い、光沢はDIN5033に従い標準光タイ
プD65/10°について測定した。標準色価Y<30、好ましくは<20、特
に好ましくは<10を有する色は暗色として示した。
Claims (8)
- 【請求項1】 暗色の色知覚(標準色価Y<30)を与える成形用組成物が
生成し、かつレーザー光による照射時に、可視光領域中(400nm〜700n
m)少くとも0.4〜5mmの範囲以内でありうる層厚さで、低いかまたはゼロ
透過率(≦10%)が生ずるように、かつ700nm〜1200nmの波長領域
中少くともスペクトルの部分的領域においては>10%の透過率が生ずるように
、少くとも2種の着色剤の組合せにより着色されている熱可塑性成形用組成物。 - 【請求項2】 可視光領域中(400nm〜700nm)少くとも0.4〜
5mmの範囲以内でありうる層厚さで、低いかまたはゼロ透過率(≦5%)を、
かつ700nm〜1200nmの波長領域中、少くともスペクトルの部分的領域
において>20%の透過率を示し、かつその成形用組成物が暗色の色知覚(標準
色価Y<30)を与えうる、請求項1記載の成形用組成物。 - 【請求項3】 可視光領域中(400nm〜700nm)少くとも0.4〜
5mmの範囲以内でありうる層厚さで、低いかまたはゼロ透過率(≦1%)を、
かつ700nm〜1200nmの波長領域中、少くともスペクトルの部分的領域
において>30%の透過率を示し、かつ暗色の色知覚(標準色価Y<30)を与
えうる、請求項1記載の成形用組成物。 - 【請求項4】 ポリアミドおよび/またはポリエステルおよび/または10
〜60%ガラス繊維を包含する、請求項1記載の熱可塑性成形用組成物。 - 【請求項5】 着色剤の組合せが、ピラゾロン、ペリノンおよびアントラキ
ノン、メチン、アゾ、およびクマリン型の染料および/または無機顔料およびア
ゾ、アゾメチンまたはメチン染料、アゾメチン、キナクリドン、ジオキサジン、
イソインドリン、イソインドリノン、ペリレン、フタロシアニン、ピロロピロー
ル、およびチオインジゴ型の金属錯体およびバナジン酸ビスマスのような金属含
有顔料から選ばれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項以上に記載の熱可塑性成形用
組成物。 - 【請求項6】 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項以上に記載の熱可塑性成形用組
成物から製造された成形部品。 - 【請求項7】 レーザー透過溶接により他の成形部品と接合される成形部品
の製造のための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項以上に記載の成形用組成物の使用
。 - 【請求項8】 レーザー透過溶接により接合され、少くともその一方が請求
項1〜7のいずれか一項以上に記載の熱可塑性成形用組成物からなる、接合され
た成形部品。
