Claims (14)

  1. 液体の燃料を酸化するアノードと、酸素を還元するカソードと、前記アノードとカソードとの間に形成される電解質膜／電極接合体と、前記液体の燃料を保持する燃料容器と、前記燃料容器に形成された気液分離機能を持つ通気孔とを有する燃料電池発電装置。
  2. 前記電解質膜／電極接合体は、前記燃料容器の壁面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  3. 前記通気孔は、前記燃料容器の内外とを通気するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  4. 前記通気孔は、燃料補給の機能を有することを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  5. 前記通気孔の気液分離機能は、撥水性の多孔質膜により与えられることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  6. 前記アノード及び／又は前記カソードに接して拡散層が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  7. 前記燃料電池発電装置内に液体燃料保持材が配置され、前記液体燃料保持材は前記アノードと接触していることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  8. 前記燃料電池発電装置内に液体燃料保持材が配置され、前記液体燃料保持材は前記アノードに接する拡散層と接触していることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  9. 前記燃料容器は、電気的絶縁性を有する材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  10. 前記燃料容器の少なくとも外壁面が電気絶縁処理されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  11. 前記燃料の燃料がメタノール水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置。
  12. 請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置を用いた充電器。
  13. 請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置を用いた携帯用電源。
  14. 請求項１記載の燃料電池発電装置を用いた携帯用電子機器。
