Description
【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 結合システムに組み込まれた複数の研磨粒子を含む研磨物品であって、前記結合システムの少なくとも一部が複数の固体バインダー前駆物質粒子を含む成分から誘導される硬化バインダーを含み、前記バインダー前駆物質粒子が約35℃〜約180℃の範囲内の温度で流体的に流動可能である放射線硬化性成分を含む研磨物品。
【請求項2】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品を作製する方法であって、
(a)複数の研磨粒子を結合システムに組み込む工程と、
(b)複数の固体バインダー前駆物質粒子から前記結合システムの少なくとも一部を誘導し、前記バインダー前駆物質粒子が約35℃〜約180℃の範囲内の温度で流体的に流動可能である放射線硬化性成分を含む工程と、
を含む方法。
【請求項3】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品の結合システムに使用する粉末であって、約35℃より低温では固体で約35℃〜約180℃の範囲内の温度では流体的に流動可能であり、(メタ)アクリルアミド官能基含有ポリエステル、芳香族ジカルボン酸の(メタ)アクリレート官能基含有エステル、芳香族ジカルボン酸の(メタ)アクリレート官能基含有アミド、シアン酸エステル、混合物またはシアン酸エステルおよびエポキシ樹脂、アクリルアミドメチルノボラック、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される放射線硬化性成分を含む粉末。
【請求項4】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品の結合システムに使用する粉末であって、少なくとも1種類の多官能性放射線硬化性モノマーと、オリゴマー、ポリマー、および少なくとも1種類のオリゴマーと少なくとも1種類のポリマーとの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1種類の多官能性放射線硬化性高分子とを含む放射線硬化性成分を含み、前記モノマーと前記高分子の重量比が約1:10〜約10:1の範囲内である粉末。
【請求項5】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品の下にある研磨層上にスーパーサイズコートを形成する方法であって、
(a)前記研磨層上に可融性粉末をドライコーティングし、前記可融性粉末は少なくとも1種類の脂肪酸金属塩または少なくとも1種類の研削助剤を含み、
(b)前記可融性粉末を液化してスーパーサイズ溶融層を形成し、
(c)前記スーパーサイズ溶融層を固化し、これによって前記スーパーサイズコートが形成されることを含む方法。
【請求項6】 約5〜100重量部の研削助剤と0〜約95重量部の可融性有機成分とを含む請求項5に記載の方法に使用される可融性粉末。
【請求項1】 結合システムに組み込まれた複数の研磨粒子を含む研磨物品であって、前記結合システムの少なくとも一部が複数の固体バインダー前駆物質粒子を含む成分から誘導される硬化バインダーを含み、前記バインダー前駆物質粒子が約35℃〜約180℃の範囲内の温度で流体的に流動可能である放射線硬化性成分を含む研磨物品。
【請求項2】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品を作製する方法であって、
(a)複数の研磨粒子を結合システムに組み込む工程と、
(b)複数の固体バインダー前駆物質粒子から前記結合システムの少なくとも一部を誘導し、前記バインダー前駆物質粒子が約35℃〜約180℃の範囲内の温度で流体的に流動可能である放射線硬化性成分を含む工程と、
を含む方法。
【請求項3】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品の結合システムに使用する粉末であって、約35℃より低温では固体で約35℃〜約180℃の範囲内の温度では流体的に流動可能であり、(メタ)アクリルアミド官能基含有ポリエステル、芳香族ジカルボン酸の(メタ)アクリレート官能基含有エステル、芳香族ジカルボン酸の(メタ)アクリレート官能基含有アミド、シアン酸エステル、混合物またはシアン酸エステルおよびエポキシ樹脂、アクリルアミドメチルノボラック、ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される放射線硬化性成分を含む粉末。
【請求項4】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品の結合システムに使用する粉末であって、少なくとも1種類の多官能性放射線硬化性モノマーと、オリゴマー、ポリマー、および少なくとも1種類のオリゴマーと少なくとも1種類のポリマーとの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1種類の多官能性放射線硬化性高分子とを含む放射線硬化性成分を含み、前記モノマーと前記高分子の重量比が約1:10〜約10:1の範囲内である粉末。
【請求項5】 請求項1に記載の研磨物品の下にある研磨層上にスーパーサイズコートを形成する方法であって、
(a)前記研磨層上に可融性粉末をドライコーティングし、前記可融性粉末は少なくとも1種類の脂肪酸金属塩または少なくとも1種類の研削助剤を含み、
(b)前記可融性粉末を液化してスーパーサイズ溶融層を形成し、
(c)前記スーパーサイズ溶融層を固化し、これによって前記スーパーサイズコートが形成されることを含む方法。
【請求項6】 約5〜100重量部の研削助剤と0〜約95重量部の可融性有機成分とを含む請求項5に記載の方法に使用される可融性粉末。
