Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.潤滑粘性を有する大量の基材油、ならびに硫化オレフィン、多硫化炭化水 素、リン酸エステル、および精製されたトリグリセリドの混合物を含む少量の添 加物を含む、塩素を含まない金属加工油剤。 2.添加混合物が、抗ミスト添加物、抗酸化剤、金属不活化剤、染料およびそ れらの混合物からなる群より選択される更なる成分を含有する、塩素を含まない 金属加工油剤。 3.前記硫化オレフィンが、硫化炭化水素、植物由来の硫化脂肪酸アルキルエ ステルおよび植物性硫化トリグリセリドの混合物を含む、請求項1または2に記 載の塩素を含まない金属加工油剤。 4.前記硫化オレフィンが、トリグリセリド、脂肪酸のアルキルエステルおよ びオレフィンの混合物を硫化することによって生成される共硫化生成物を含む、 請求項3に記載の塩素を含まない金属加工油剤。 5.前記多硫化炭化水素が、3〜30個の炭素を含有する少なくとも1つの脂 肪族または脂環式オレフィン化合物の硫化生成物を含む、請求項1または2に記 載の塩素を含まない金属加工油剤。 6.前記多硫化炭化水素が以下の式 R1SnR2 式中、R1およびR2は、同一または異なるC3〜C30オレフィンであり、nは、 平均して2〜6である、請求項5に記載の塩素を含まない金属加工油剤。 7.金属加工用機械および加工片を潤滑する方法であって、潤滑粘性を有する 大量の基材油、ならびに硫化オレフィン、多硫化炭化水素、リン酸エステル、お よび精製されたトリグリセリドの混合物を含む少量の添加物を含む、塩素を含ま ない潤 滑剤を使用することを包含する、方法。
