Description

가공용 윤활유 조성물
본 발명은 가공용 특히 소성가공 또는 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물에 관한 것이다.
좀 더 상세하게 설명하자면, 특정의 곧은 사슬형 을레핀을 함유하여 구성되고, 압연, 조임, 타발, 인발, 냉간단조등의 소성가공 또는 절삭가공, 연삭가공에 있어서, 제품의 표면상태를 양호하게 처리할 수 있는 가공용 윤활유 조성물에 관한 것이다.
또한, 이 윤활유 조성물을 사용하면, 가소성을 향상시킬 수 있음과 동시에, 방청성, 내마모성이 현저하게 높게 되고, 더구나, 가공공구의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있다.
종래부터 소성가공유 조성물은, 광유나 합성계 포화탄화 수소유에, 알코올류, 지방산 에스테르류, 지방산등의 유성제나 극압제를 배합하여, 가공성을 유지하여 왔다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 소성가공유 조성물에서는, 가공성이 불충분하여 생산성을 높일 수가 없으며, 상기 유성제, 극압제등의 첨가로 가공부분의 탈지 또는 방청면에서 각종 불합리한 점이 있었다.
또한, 절삭, 연삭가공유 조성물로서는, 종래의 광유 또는 합성유등의 기유에 유지계의 유성제나 극압제등을 배합한 윤활유 조성물이 사용되고 있다.
그러나, 이들 종래의 조성물은, 피가공물(제품)의 표면 마무리나 표면청정성이 불충분하다는 결점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 결점을 해결하기 위해서, 유성제, 극압제등을 다량으로 배합하는 것이 시도되고 있으나, 상기 결점을 해결할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 피가공물의 표면청정성, 방청성을 극도로 악화시키는 결과가 되었다.
또한, 표면청정성이 나쁜 경우, 프론, 트리클렌(trichlene)등의 용매로 세정할 필요가 있고, 그 용매로 인한 공해가 문제시 되고 있다.
한편, 곧은 사슬형 올레핀은, 각종 기계용 윤활유에 첨가제로서 배합하여, 윤활유의 성능을 향상시키는 것이 알려지고 있다(일본국 특개소 59-15490호 공보참조). 또한, 그 단체가 특이한 윤활특성을 나타내는 것도 보고되어 있다(외어(Wear). 9(1966) 160-168. 외).
그러나, 곧은 사슬형 올레핀이 발동기, 동력기계등의 윤활유용 첨가제로서 사용되고 있기 때문에, 이 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 압언을 비롯한 소성가공용 또는 절삭가공, 연삭가공용에 적용한 것은 아직 알려져 있지 않다.
본 발명의 첫번째 목적은, 알루미늄, 철, 황동, 그외의 금속 또는 합금을 소성가공할때, 가공성이 우수한 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 두번째 목적은, 피가공물(제품)에 우수한 표면상태를 형성시킬 수 있는 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 세번째 목적은, 상술한 금속 또는 합금의 절삭가공 또는 연삭가공에 있어서, 피가공물(제품)에 우수한 표면상태를 형성시킬 수 있는 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 네번째 목적은, 상술한 금속 또는 합금의 절삭가공이나 연삭가공에 있어서, 표면청정성, 방청성, 내마모성등이 양호한 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물을 제공하는데 있다.
즉, 본 발명은 탄소수 6∼40의 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 함유하여 된 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물 또는 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 곧은 사슬형 올레핀은, 상술한 바와같이, 탄소수가 6∼40인 것이다.
탄소수가 6미만이면, 인화점이 낮기 때문에 적당하지 않다.
또한, 탄소수가 40을 넘으면, 고체상으로 되기 때문에 사용이 곤란하며, 더구나 기유나 다른 첨가제등과의 혼합, 용해가 곤란하게 되어 부적당하다.
또한, 탄소수가 40을 넘은 것은 일반적이 아니며, 입수도 곤란하다.
이 곧은 사슬형 올레핀 가운데, 분자내에 2중 결합을 1개 갖고 탄소수가 6∼30인 화합물이 바람직하고, 특히 탄소수가 12∼30인 α-올레핀(즉, n-α-올레핀)이 가장 적당하다.
이들 곧은 사슬형 올레핀의 구체적인 예로서는, 1-옥텐, 1-데센, 1-도데센, 1-테트라데센, 1-헥사데센, 1-옥타데센,1-아이코센, 또는 이들의 혼합물등을 들 수 있다.
이들 곧은 사슬형 올레핀은, 각종 방법으로 얻은 것을 사용할 수 있는데, 예를들면, 에틸렌을 통상의 수단으로 중합시켜 얻은 에틸렌 소중합체(Oligomer)를 사용할 수 있다.
그런데, 본 발명에 있어서는, 상기 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 단독으로 사용하여 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물은 구성할 수 있으나, 바람직하게는 전체의 0.5∼99.5중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 1∼80중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 2∼50중량%의 비율로 배합한다.
한편, 본 발명의 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물은, 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물의 경우와 같은 형태로, 상기 곧은 사슬형 올레핀만으로 구성할 수 있다.
그러나, 이 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물에 있어서는, 바람직한 곧은 사슬형 올레핀의 함유 비율은, 윤활유 전체의 0.5중량% 이상이며, 보다 바람직하게는 0.5∼80중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 2∼60중량%이다.
특히, 곧은 사슬형 올레핀의 함유 비율이 80중량% 이하인 경우가, 내마모성의 향상에 특히 현저한 효과를 나타낸다.
또한, 배합량이 0.5중량% 미만이면, 성능 개선 효과가 거의 확인되지 않는다.
여기서, 상기 곧은 사슬형 올레핀과 함께, 본 발명의 윤활유 조성물을 구성하는 성분으로서는, 광유, 합성유등의 기유 또는 물, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 들 수 있다.
상기 기유로서는, 통상은 40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 0.5-500cst, 특히 1∼50cst의 것이 바람직하다.
이 가운데 광유로서는, 특별한 제한이 없이 각종의 것을 들 수 있다.
예를들면 파라핀기계 원유, 중간기계 원유 또는 나프타기계 원유를 상압증류하거나 또는 상압증류의 잔류유를 감압증류하여 얻어진 유출유, 또는 이것을 통상적인 방법에 따라 정제하여 얻어진 정제유, 구체적으로는 용매 정제유, 수소첨가정제유, 탈랍처리유, 백토 처리유등을 들 수 있다.
이들 광유에, 상기 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 배합하면, 얻어진 윤활유 조성물은 산화안정성이 향상된다.
또한, 합성유로서는 상기 곧은 사슬형 올레핀 이외의 올레핀(예를들면 폴리부텐, 폴리프로필렌등의 분지된 올레핀등), 이 올레핀의 수소화물등을 사용할 수 있다.
특히, 저분자량 폴리부텐, 저분자량 폴리프로필렌 또는 탄소수 8∼14의 α-올레핀 소중합체가 바람직하다.
이들 합성유에 상기 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 배합하면 얻어진 윤활유 조성물은, 사용중에 나타나는 냄새가 적고, 작업환경이 향상하고, 또 가공제품 표면의 청정성이 향상한다.
특히, 정일잘삭가공에 사용하는 윤활유 조성물에서는, 기유로서 경질 합성유를 사용하는 것이 가장 적합하다.
또한, 기유 대신에 물을 사용하면, 물에 곧은 사슬형 올레핀이 분산된 에멀전 형태의 윤활유 조성물로 되고 본 발명에서는 이것을 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 소성가공유 윤활유 조성물 또는 절삭, 연삭용 윤활유 조성물에는, 각종 알코올류, 지방산류, 에스테르류, 디에스테르류, 다가 에스테르류, 유지류, 황화유지류, 황화에스테르류, 황화올레핀, 염소화 파라핀, 인산에스테르, 인산에스테르 아민염, 아인산 에스테르, 아인산 에스테르 아민염, 디티오인산염(디티오 인산아연, 디티오 인산 몰리브덴등).
디티오 카르 바민산염(디티오 카르 바민산 몰리브덴등), 염소화 유지류 등의 널리 알려진 유성제나 극압제를 첨가할 수 있고, 또한, 각종 공지의 방청세, 산화방지제, 부식방지제등을 적절히 첨가할 수 있다.
또한, 절삭, 연삭용 윤활유 조성물에 있어서는, 물을 사용하는 경우는 다시 유화제, 살균제등을 적절히 첨가할 수 있다.
이러한 경우, 유성제나 극압제의 배합량은 특별한 제한은 없으나, 일반적으로는, 상기 곧은 사슬형 올레핀과 기유 또는 물의 합계 100중량부에 대하여 50중량부 이하, 바람직하게는 30중량부 이하의 비율로 하면 좋다.
또한, 유화제에 있어서는 50중량부 이하, 바람직하게는 30중량부 이하, 방청제, 부식방지제, 소포제등의 첨가제에 있어서는, 30중량부 이하, 바람직하게는 20중량부 이하의 비율로 하면 좋다.
이상 설명한 바와같이, 본 발명의 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물은, 예를들면 압연용 윤활유 조성물로서 사용한 경우에는, 압연 하중 저감, 압하율 향상등의 압연성능이 우수함과 동시에 압연후의 제품의 표면상태도 양호하다.
특히 각종금속(알루미늄,알루미늄박, 철.(sus 304, sus 430). 황동등)의 냉간압연에 사용하면, 압연성능이 향상되고, 표면상태도 양호하기 때문에, 생산성이나 품질을 큰폭으로 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 각종 금속(알루미늄합금, 순수한 티탄, 티탄합금, 철등)의 조임, 타발, 인발, 냉간 단조등의 가공시에, 이들 가공용 윤활유 조성물로서 사용한 경우에는, 공구 수명의 연장이나 가공품의 표면품질의 향상등 가공성이 향상됨과 동시에, 가공품의 탈지성, 방청성이 향상되는 이점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 압연용 윤활유 조성물은, 각종 금속이나 합금의 압연을 비롯한 소성가공시의 금속 가공유 조성물로서 폭넓게, 그리고 유효하게 이용된다.
또한, 본 발명의 절삭, 연삭용 윤활유 조성물을 사용하여, 절삭가공 또는 연삭가공을 하면, 표면청정성은 극히 향상되고, 더구나 피가공물(제품)의 표면상태도 양호하게 된다.
또한, 가공공구의 내마모성도 현저히 향상되고, 공구 수명의 연장을 도모할 수 있다.
또한, 유성제, 극압제등을 다량으로 사용할 필요도 없고, 목적으로 하는 절삭, 연삭가공을 할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 절삭, 연삭용 윤활유 조성물은, 각종 금속 합금 등의 절삭, 연삭가공시의 절삭, 연삭용 윤활유 조성물로서 극히 유효하게 이용된다.
이제, 본 발명을 실시예 및 비교예로 보다 상세히 설명하겠다.
또한, 실시예중의 %는 전체 중량기준이다.
(a) 압연실험(알루미눔판의 압연)
압연제로서 일본 공업규격(JIS)A 3004 H16의 알루미늄판(판두께 1.2mm, 판폭 60mm. 코일)을 사용하고, 이것을 작업롤(Work roll) 긱경 135mm의 4단 압연기를 사용하여 압연속도 100m/분, 전방장력 150kgf, 후방장력 350kgf로 하여, 하기의 각 압연용 윤활유를 사용하여 압연을 하고, 압연후의 판두께(압하율)에 대한 표면상태와 압하력을 비교했다.
또한, 압연 방법은, 1패스(Pass)에서 20m씩 단계적으로 압하율을 높여 압연하는 방법을 채용하고, 압하력과 표면 손상의 관찰을 하였다.

40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유에, 첨가제로서 라우릴 알코올 6%와 부틸스테아레이트 1%를 첨가한 것을 압연용 윤활유로 하여, 상기 압연을 하였다.

상기 비교예 1(a)의 파라핀계 광유의 2%를, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 치환된 것을 압연용 윤활유로서, 상기 압연을 하였다.

상기 비교예 1(a)의 파라핀계 광유의 20%를, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 치환된 것을 압연용 윤활유로서, 상기 압연을 하였다.

상기 비교예 1(a)의 파라핀계 광유의 50%를, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 치환된 것을 압연용 윤활유로서, 상기 압연을 하였다.

상기 비교예 1(a)의 파라핀계 광유의 70%를, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 치환한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서, 상기 압연을 하였다.

상기 비교예 1(a)의 파라핀계 광유의 전체를, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 치환한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서, 상기 압연을 하였다.
이상의 결과를 모아서 표 1에 나타낸다.
(b) 압연 실험(알루미늄판의 압연)
압연제로서 일본 공업규격(JIS)A5052 H16의 알루미늄 판(판두께 1.2mm, 판폭 6mm 코일)을 사용하고, 전방장력 170kgf, 후방장력 400kgf로 한것 이외는, 상기 (a)와 같이 압연을 하였다.

(압연실험(알루미늄박의 압연))
압연제로서 순 알루미늄 H18의 알루미늄박(박두께 0.09mm, 판폭 60mm, 코일)을 사용하고, 이것을 작업롤 직경 40mm, 롤 크라운(roll crown) 0.02mm의 4단 압연기를 사용하여 압연속도 100m/분, 전방장력5kgf, 후방장력 15kgf로서, 하기의 압연용 윤활유를 사용하여 압연을 하고, 압하력에 대한 안연후의 박두께와 표면상태를 비교했다.
또한, 압연방법은, 1패스에서 100m씩 단계적으로 압하력을 높여 압연하는 방법을 채용하고, 압하력과 표면 손상의 관찰을 하였다.
[비교예 2]
40℃의 동점도 3.5cst의 파라핀계 광유에, 첨가제로서 라우릴 알코올 2%와 부틸 스테아레이트 1%를 첨가한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서, 상기 압연을 하였다.
[실시예 6]
상기 비교예 2의 파라핀계 광유의 50%를 1-도데센과 1-테트라데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 치환한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서 상기 압연을 하였다.
이들 결과를 모아서 표 4에 나타낸다.

(스테인레스판의 압연실험)
하기한 압연용 윤활유를 사용함과 동시에, 압연제로서 sus 304 2D의 스테인레스판(판두께 1.5mm, 판폭 50mm, 코일)을 사용하고, 이것을 작업롤 직경 40mm의 4단 압연기를 사용하여 압연속도 100m/분, 전방 및 후방장력을 1000kgf로 하여 3패스의 압연을 하고, 그 다음, 전방 및 후방장력을 750kgf로서, 4패스째의 압연을 했다.
그리고, 4패스째의 입하율을 변화시켜 그때의 압하력과 표면상태를 비교했다.
[비교예 3]
40℃의 동점도 8cst의 파라핀계 광유에, 첨가제로서 부틸스테아레이트 15%를 첨가한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서 사용하여, 상기 압연을 하였다.
[실시예 7]
상기 비교예 3의 파라핀계 광유의 50%를, 탄소수 20∼28의 n-α-올레핀의 혼합물로 치환한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서 사용하여, 상기 압연을 하였다.
이들 결과를 모아서 표 5에 나타낸다.

(황동판의 압연실험)
하기의 압연용 윤활유를 사용함과 동시에, 압연제로서 일본 공업규격(JIS)C2680 R1/4 H의 황동판(판두께 1.0mm, 판폭 50mm)을 사용하고, 이것을 작업롤 직경 200mm의 2단 압연기를 사용하여 압연속도를 100m/분으로 하고, 각 패스에서 전방 및 후방 장력을 변화시켜 압연을 하고, 그때의 압하력을 측정했다.
[비교예 4]
40℃의 동점도 4cst인 파라핀계 광유에 첨가제로서 부틸스테아레이트 5%를 첨가한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서 사용하여, 상기 압연을 하였다.
[실시예 8]
상기 비교예 4의 파라핀계 광유의 50%를, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1의 혼합물로 치환한 것을 압연용 윤활유로서 사용하여, 상기 압연을 하였다.
이를 결과를 모아서 표 6에 나타낸다.

(a) 일반가공실험
하기의 인발가공용 윤활유를 사용함과 동시에, 피가공재로서, A-2024의 알루미늄 합금(판두께 1.5mm, 판폭 30mm)를 사용하고, 이것을 재질 sks3, 형상(어깨반경) 3mm의 다이스를 사용하여, 다이스 압력 200 ∼ 800kg.
인발속도를 50mm/분의 조건으로 인발가공 실험을 하고, 그때의 인발력 및 표면상태를 측정했다.
[비교예 5(a)]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유 85%에, 에스테르 15%를 첨가한 것을 인발가공 윤활유로서 사용하여, 상기 인발가공시험(a)를 하였다.
[실시예 9(a)]
파라핀계 광유의 절반량을 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 대신한 것 이외는, 비교예 5(a)와 같이 하여 인발가공용 윤활유를 제조했다.
그 다음, 이 윤활유를 사용하여 상기 인발가공 실험(a)를 하였다.
이들 결과를 모아서 표 7에 나타낸다.
(b) 인발가공실험
하기의 인발가공용 윤활유를 사용함과 동시에, 피가공재로서 일본공업규격(JIS) 2종의 순티탄(판두께 0.6mm, 판폭 40mm)를 사용하고, 상기(a)와 같은 조건으로 인발가공 실험을 하고, 그때의 인발력 및 표면상태를 측정했다.
[비교예 5(b)]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유 85%에, 에스테르 15%를 첨가한 것을 인발가공용 윤활유로서 사용하여, 상기 인발가공 실험(b)를 하였다.
실시예 9(b) 파라핀계 광유 절반랑을, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물로 대신한 것 이외는, 비교예 5(a)와 같이 하여 인발가공용 윤활유를 제조했다.
그다음, 이 윤활유를 사용하여 상기 인발가공 실험(b)를 하였다.
이들 결과를 모아서 표 8에 나타낸다.

하기의 타발가공용 윤활유를 사용함과 동시에, 피가공 판재로서 일본 공업규격(JIS)A1100-H26의 알루미늄재(판두께 0.10mm)를 사용하고, 알루미늄핀 성형전용 50톤-프레스(버오크(Burr Oak사 제품)을 사용하고, 공구재질 고속강, 스트로크(Stroke)속도 0.5m/초, 두께감소율 55%, 성형구멍 형상 2.5/8인치, 가공시간 300사이클/분×5분의 조건으로 타발 실험을 하였다.
[실시예 10]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유 95%에, 1-헥사데센과,1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물 5%를 첨가한 것을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 타발가공 실험을 하였다.
[실시예 11]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유 90% 에,1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물을 10%를 첨가한 것을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 타발가공을 하였다.
[실시예 12]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유 80%에, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물 10%를 첨가한 것을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 타발가공 실험을 하였다.
[실시예 13]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라괸계 광유 50%에, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물 50%를 첨가한것을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여 상기 타발가공 실험을 하였다.
[실시예 14]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유 20%에, 1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합불 80%를 첨가한 것을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 타반가공 실험을 하였다.
[실시예 15]
1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물만을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 타발가공 실험을 하였다.
[실시예 16]
1-헥사데센과 1-옥타데센의 1 : 1 혼합물 20%에, 폴리부텐(분자량 265) 80%를 첨가한 것을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 타발가공 실험을 하였다.
[비교예 6]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유만을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 다발가공 실험을 하였다.
[비교예 7]
40℃의 동점도 4cst의 파라핀계 광유 90%에, 부틸 스테아레이트 10%를 첨가한 것을 타발가공용 윤활유로 사용하여, 상기 타반가공 실험을 하였다.
이들 결과를 모아서 표 9에 나타낸다.

실시예 17∼21 및 비교예 8∼15 표 10에 나타난 조성의 절삭, 연삭용 율활유 조성물을 사용하여, 드릴가공에 있어서의 피가공물의 표면거칠음, 공구의 내마모성 및 알루미늄판에 있어서의 표면청정성에 대하여 평가를 하였다.
결과를 표 10에 나타낸다.
(1) 표면거칠음 및 내마모성의 평가방법.
알루미늄-규소 합금주물(Jisac 8A)에, 가공 기계로서 에어 피드(air feed)드릴, 드릴로서 HSS트위스트(twist) 드릴(내경 3.3mm)를 사용하여, 윤활유 조성물의 급유량 1.0ℓ/분으로, 깊이 20mm의 드릴가공을 하였다.
표면거칠음은, 피가공물 10개 가공후의 표면거칠음(Rmax)를 측정하고, 표면마무리의 지표로 평가했다.
내마모성은, 피가공물 200개 가공후의 드릴 가장자리부의 최대마모폭(μ)를 지표로서 평가했다.
(2) 표면청정성의 평가방법
거울면 마무리한 알루미늄판(50M×50M) 표면에, 윤활유 조성물 1방울(약 0.02ml)를 적하, 60℃에서 3시간 항온조에 방치한후, 표면 관찰을 하고, 다음의 기준으로 평가했다.
표면이 거울상으로 흐림(기름얼룩)이 전혀 없음 : A
표면이 거울상으로 흐림(기름얼룩)이 미소 존재 : B
표면이 거울상으로 흐림(기름얼룩)이 약간 존재 : C
표면이 거울상으로 흐림(기름얼룩)이 많이 존재 : D

Claims (9)

  1. 탄소수 6∼40의 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 적어도 0.5-99.5중량%, 물을 적어도 99.5∼0.5중량% 함유하고 40℃에서 동점도가 0.5∼500cst이고 폴리부텐, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐 또는 폴리프로필렌의 수소화물을 구성하는 기로부터 선택된 합성유를 기유로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소성가공이 압연가공인 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소성가공이 조임, 타발, 인발 또는 냉간단조인 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 곧은 사슬형 올레핀이 탄소수 8∼30의 곧은 사슬형-α-올레핀인 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 곧은 사슬형 올레핀이 탄소수 8∼30의 곧은 사슬형 α-올레핀인 소성가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  6. 탄소수 6∼40의 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 적어도 0.5∼99.5중량%, 물을 적어도 99.5∼0.5중량% 함유하고 40℃에서 동점도가 0.5∼500cst이고 폴리부텐, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐 또는 폴리프로필렌의 수소화물을 구성하는 기로부터 선택된 합성유를 기유로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 조성물이 탄소수 6∼40의 곧은 사슬형 올레핀을 0.5∼80중량%의 비율로 함유한 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 곧은 사슬형 올레핀이 탄소수 8∼30의 곧은 사슬형
    -α-올레핀인 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 곧은 사슬형 올레핀이 탄소수 8∼30의 곧은 사슬형-α-올레핀인 절삭, 연삭가공용 윤활유 조성물.
