Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部品4であって、 粉末冶金焼結金属基材10及び、 該金属基材10に付着し、前記耐磨耗性の面を構成する外面14を持ち、また 一定の厚さがあり、その一部が前記金属基材10と冶金的に結合している、サー メット・コーティング12、 を含むことを特徴とする、前記機械部品4。 2.前記サーメット・コーティング12は、前記金属基材10へのレーザ溶射に よるコーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の耐磨耗性の面を持つ 機械部品4。 3.前記サーメット・コーティング12は、金属マトリックス中の炭化物16を 含み、該炭化物は、炭化タングステン、炭化チタン及び炭化ホウ素からなる群か ら選ばれたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の耐磨耗性の面を 持つ機械部品4。 4.前記炭化物は球状の炭化タングステンであることを特徴とする、請求項3記 載の耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部品4。 5.前記金属基材10と冶金的に結合した前記コーティングの部分は10ミクロ ンから1ミリの厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載 の耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部品4。 6.前記金属マトリックス18は、ニッケル、クロミウム及びコバルトからなる 群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3から5 のいずれかに記載の耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部品4。 7.前記金属マトリックス18は、ニッケル、クロミウム及びコバルトを含むこ とを特徴とする、請求項3から6のいずれかに記載の耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部 品4。 8.前記金属マトリックス18は、Ni−9%Cr−Coマトリックスであるこ とを特徴とする、請求項3から7のいずれかに記載の耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部 品4。 9.前記コーティング12は65重量%の炭化タングステンを含むことを特徴と する、請求項3から8のいずれかに記載の耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部品4。 10.前記コーティング12は実質的に多孔性でないことを特徴とする、請求項 1から8のいずれかに記載の耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部品4。 11.耐磨耗性の面を持つ機械部品4の製造方法であって、該方法は、 a)粉末冶金で得られる焼結金属部品4を準備する工程、及び、 b)前記部品4の外面にレーザでサーメット・コーティング12を溶射する工 程、 を含むことを特徴とする前記方法。 12.前記レーザ溶射は、 前記部品4の外面にレーザを放出し、該レーザビーム22は一定温度の熱を発 散し、前記部品4の外面を一定の厚さで溶かす工程、 前記サーメット・コーティングを形成する、セラミック粉末及び金属粉末の混 合物24を絶え間無く前記レーザビーム22に注入することにより、前記セラミ ック粉末の融解点は前記レーザビームの温度より高いが前記金属粉末の融解点は 前記レーザビームの温度より低いため、前記レーザビームが前記混合粉末中の金 属粉末を前記部品4の外面に融合する工程、及び、 前記機械部品4に対応して前記レーザビーム22を移動し、前記金属基材10 の外面上を前記レーザビーム22が走査して前記サーメット・コーティング12 を形成する工程、 を含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。 13.前記混合粉末は、前記レーザビーム22が中心を貫通するノズル20によ り前記レーザビーム22に注入され、前記ノズル20は前記混合粉末を受け入れ て前記レーザビームに注入することを特徴とする、請求項12記載の方法。 14.前記レーザビーム22は固定され、前記機械部品4は、前記レーザビーム 22に対応して移動可能な移動台30に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1 3記載の方法。 15.前記サーメット・コーティング12は金属マトリックス18中の炭化タン グステン16を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10から14のいずれかに記載の 方法。 16.前記セラミック粉末は炭化タングステンの粉末であり、前記金属粉末は、 ニッケル、クロミウム及びコバルトからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの金 属を含む粉末であることを特徴とする、請求項12から15のいずれかに記載の 方法。 17.前記金属粉末はNi−9%Cr−Co粉末であることを特徴とする、請求 項16記載の方法。 18.低い面が皮剥ぎアーム2先端に取り付けられる金属基材10及び耐磨耗性 の作業面とを含む木材皮剥ぎ機4であって、該木材皮剥ぎ機4は、 前記金属基材10は粉末冶金焼結金属基材であり、 前記耐磨耗性の作業面は、前記金属基材10に付着する前記サーメット・コー ティング12で形成され、該コーティングには一定の厚さがありその一部が前記 金属基材10と冶金的に結合している ことを特徴とする、前記木材皮剥ぎ機4。 19.前記サーメット・コーティング12は、レーザで前記金属基材10に溶射 されたことであることを特徴とする、請求項18記載の木材皮剥ぎ機4。
