Abstract

Procédé de revêtement d'une encoche (2) d'une pièce en forme de "Z inversé" en alliage de Nickel ladite encoche (2) étant constitué d'un fond arrondi (3) dans le creux du "Z inversé" suivi d'une paroi plane (4) correspondante à la partie intermédiaire du "Z inversé" dans lequel on dépose plusieurs couches (5, 5') en matériau métallique anti-usure sur la paroi plane (4) de l'encoche (2), Le dépôt est fait par laser dont le faisceau (8) fait un angle constant avec le faisceau poudre (9). Le faisceau laser 8 lors du dépôt de la première couche (5) fait un angle alpha1 de plusieurs dizaines de degré avec la Normale à la paroi plane. Lors du dépôt des couches ultérieures (5) le faisceau laser (8) fait un angle alpha3 proche de la normale à l'arrondi (3) avant de se redresser jusqu'à faire l'angle alpha1 qu'il conserve pendant le reste de la passe.
