Abstract

<B>PEçA MECâNICA SINTERIZADA COM SUPERFìCIE ANTIABRASãO, PROCESSO PARA SUA REALIZAçãO E PASTILHA PARA DESCASCAR áRVORES<D>, compreendendo um corpo metálico sinterizado, obtida por metalurgia de pós e um revestimento em cermet (liga de cerâmica e metal, resistente ao calor) depositado pela técnica a laser. O revestimento tem uma determinada espessura, sendo que uma parte é ligada de forma metalúrgica ao corpo metálico. O depósito a laser permite fundir na superfície, a peça sinterizada a ser revestida, sob o efeito do feixe de laser. A superfície da peça sinterizada e que será recoberta é portanto, fundida em uma espessura, que pode alcançar entre 10 <109>m e 1mm, o que permite o fechamento dos poros na superfície, típico das peças sinterizadas e, conseq³entemente, o aumento de sua resistência ao choque. Além disso, a fraca superfície coberta em um determinado instante pelo laser, permite a autotêmpera da área exposta, após o deslocamento do feixe, como conseq³ência do dissipador térmico do volume metálico circunvizinho. O revestimento obtido segundo a presente invenção, apresenta também, uma porosidade muito fraca, devido à fusão completa dos pós da peça sinterizada pelo laser.
