Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.排気ガス中の窒素酸化物を除去する方法において、天然マンガン鉱石から 製造した触媒の存在下で、還元剤としてアンモニアを使用して選択的触媒還元法 を実施することを特徴とする天然マンガン鉱石を用いる窒素酸化物の除去方法。 2.請求項1において、前記触媒は反応器に充填された、粉砕された天然マン ガン鉱石粒子、又はハニカム構造物に塗布された平均大きさ1μm以下の天然マ ンガン鉱石粉末であることを特徴とする天然マンガン鉱石を用いる窒素酸化物の 除去方法。 3.請求項2において、前記ハニカム構造物は、約20〜50重量%の前記粉 末から構成され、酸によりpHが6.5〜8.5に調整された水溶液に浸漬され ることを特徴とする天然マンガン鉱石を用いる窒素酸化物の除去方法。 4.請求項1において、前記選択的触媒還元法は130〜250℃の温度で実 施されることを特徴とする天然マンガン鉱石を用いる窒素酸化物の除去方法。 5.請求項1において、前記アンモニアは前記窒素酸化物のモルに対して0. 7〜1.2のモル比で供給されることを特徴とする天然マンガン鉱石を用いる窒 素酸化物の除去方法。
