Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ビニル単量体の溶液にて含浸される一方で紫外線にて照射される反応に より酸または塩基と反応して直接的または間接的に塩を生じるビニル単量体が表 面に共重合させられた繊維であって、ほぼ非結合状態にある繊維から形成される 不織布。 2. 前記共重合反応の前に測定した繊維の加工方向の引張り強さに対する、 共重合反応の後に測定した繊維の加工方向の引張り強さの比が少なくとも約1. 5である請求項1に記載の不織布。 3. ウェットレイド法、ドライレイド法、紡糸法のいずれかを含むプロセス により製造されたものである請求項1に記載の不織布。 4. 平均の厚さが約400μmより小さい請求項1または2に記載の不織布 。 5. 平均の厚さが少なくとも約80μmである請求項1乃至3のいずれか1 項に記載の不織布。 6. ビニル単量体はエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸またはそのエステルを含む 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。 7. 不織布の繊維材料の重量比率にして少なくとも約40%がポリプロピレ ンである請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。 8. 不織布を形成する繊維の平均の厚さが少なくとも約30μmである請求 項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の不織布。 9. 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の不織布と、少なくとも1つの更 なる不織布であって、特定の反応により酸または塩基と反応して直接的または間 接的に塩を生じるビニル単量体と共重合反応させられた疎水性重合体材料の繊維 にて形成された不織布との積層板。 10. 陽極、陰極、所定量の電解質、及び、電極隔離板であって請求項1乃至 8のいずれか1項に記載の不織布または請求項9に記載の積層板から形成された 電極隔離板を有する電気化学的装置。 11. 不織布の処理方法であって、 (a)酸または塩基と反応して直接的または間接的に塩を生じるビニル 単量体の溶液にて不織布を含浸し、溶媒は不織布を紫外線照射する後工程におい て著しくは蒸発しないものであることと、 (b)前記含浸させられた不織布の酸素への露曝を制限する一方で該不 織布を紫外線にて照射することにより前記単量体と繊維材料とを共重合させるこ ととを含み、 処理前の不織布の構造は繊維がほぼ非結合状態にある方法。
