Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1および第2のビード支持部をそれぞれ備え、金型キャビティを形成する 第1および第2の金型部とを有し、 前記第1および第2のビード支持部は、前記第1および第2の金型部が前記金 型キャビティ内へ開口を備えるように封止されたときに互いに離れて位置し、 封止リングアセンブリを有し、前記封止リングアセンブリが、 前記第1および第2の金型部を通って前記開口内へ突出する第1および第2の クランプリングと、 前記第1および第2のクランプリングにそれぞれ固定され、タイヤのビードリ ング各部を前記第1および第2のビード支持部に対し封止する、第1および第2 の封止リングとを有することを特徴とするタイヤ金型。 2.前記第1および第2の封止リングが、内周部に沿って、前記第1および第2 のクランプリングにそれぞれ固定されている、環状に形成された柔軟な部材であ ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ金型。 3.前記第1および第2の封止リングが、それぞれ各封止リングの環状の外周部 よりも厚肉の内周部と、前記第1および第2の封止リングの厚肉の内周部から薄 肉の外周部まで延びている中間部とを有していることをさらなる特徴とする請求 項2に記載のタイヤ金型。 4.前記中間部が、前記厚肉の内周部から前記薄肉の外周部までテーパ付けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタイヤ金型。 5.前記第1および第2の封止リングが、弾性があり、変形可能なエラストマ材 料からなることをさらなる特徴とする請求項2に記載のタイヤ金型。 6.前記第1および第2の封止リング内に、柔軟で座金形状の金属製挿入物がモ ールドされていることをさらなる特徴とする請求項5に記載のタイヤ金型。 7.第1および第2のビードリング部を有するグリーンタイヤアセンブリを、金 型キャビティへと繋がる開口に隣接する金型部の内周面に形成する第1および第 2のビード支持部を有する第1および第2の金型部により形成された金型キャビ ティ内に入れる工程と、 第1および第2の封止クランプ支持部利に固定されている第1および第2の封 止リングが前記開口内に突出した状態で、前記タイヤの前記第1および第2のビ ードリング部を環状の前記第1および第2のビード支持部に押し付ける工程と、 前記開口を通って前記グリーンタイヤアセンブリ内に、加圧された気体または 液体を導入することによって、前記タイヤの前記第1および第2のビードリング 部を、前記第1および第2の封止リングをそれぞれ有する環状の前記第1および 第2のビード支持部に対し封止する工程とを有することを特徴とする空気タイヤ の製造方法。 8.前記タイヤが前記金型キャビティ内に入れられている時に、前記第1および 第2の封止リングを下方へ、前記第1および第2の金型部の方へ向かって曲げる 工程をさらなる特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記タイヤが前記金型キャビティ内に入っていない時に、前記第1および第 2の封止リングを上方へ、前記第1および第2の金型部の方に向かって曲げる工 程をさらなる特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 10.前記金型キャビティ内のグリーンタイヤアセンブリを、前記グリーンタイ ヤアセンブリを成型し加硫して硬化したタイヤとするため、加圧された気体また は液体を使って膨張させる工程をさらなる特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 11.前記硬化したタイヤを前記金型部から取り出す工程をさらなる特徴とする 請求項10に記載の方法。 12.少なくとも部分的に加硫され、継ぎ目のないインナーライナー部材により 、グリーンタイヤアセンブリを形成する工程をさらなる特徴とする請求項7に記 載の方法。
