Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.赤外範囲に反射する性質を持つ少なくとも1つの金属機能層、例えばAg の層であって、誘電体に基づく2つの「非反射」層の間に配置された層を含む薄 膜積層体を具備した透明基材、特に可撓性ポリマーフィルムの形の透明基材であ って、 前記機能層と前記基材との間に配置された「下側」非反射層が、応力レベルを 釣り合わせた改質AlNに基づく単層、又は応力レベルを少なくとも部分的に相 互に補償/打ち消し、上部に金属酸化物層が存在し、少なくとも1つのAlN層 を含む積層であることを特徴とする透明基材。 2.前記「下側」非反射層がAlN層を含み、また、これが少なくとも1つの 他の少量の金属、特に亜鉛を、好ましくはアルミニウムに対して0.1〜10原 子%の割合で含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基材。 3.前記非反射層が、AlNに基づく層/酸化亜鉛に基づく層の順序を持ち、 第1のものが所定の引っ張り応力レベルを持ち、第2のものが所定の圧縮応力レ ベルを持つことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の基材。 4.前記「下側」非反射層の酸化物層、特にZnOに基づく層が、前記機能層 と隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちの1項に記載の基材。 5.薄い金属層、特に例えばチタン又はNi合金、一例としてはNiCr合金 、又はニオブを、前記「下側」非反射層と前記機能層との間に配置することを特 徴とする請求項1〜3のうちの1項に記載の基材。 6.前記積層体が少なくとも2つの機能層、例えばAg層を含み 、前記2つの機能層の間又は2つの引き続く機能層の間に「中間」非反射層を伴 うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちの1項に記載の基材。 7.前記「中間」非反射層又はそれらのうちの少なくとも1つが、応力レベル を釣り合わせるように改質したAlNに基づく単層を含むこと、又は応力レベル を相互に少なくとも部分的に打ち消し、金属酸化物層、例えばZnO層が上部に あり、少なくとも1つのAlNに基づく層を含む積層であることを特徴とする請 求項6に記載の基材。 8.前記機能層又はそれらのうちの少なくとも1つが、その上部に薄い犠牲金 属層、特に例えばNb、Ti、又はNiCrの層を持つことを特徴とする請求項 1〜7のうちの1項に記載の基材。 9.前記「中間」及び/又は「上側」非反射層が、SnO2、Ta2O5、Nb2 O5、ZnO、TiO2から選択される金属酸化物に基づく層、又は窒化物、例え ばAlN及びSi3N4に基づく層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちの 1項に記載の基材。 10.意図しない曲率半径が本質的に存在しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜 9のうちの1項に記載のコーティングされたPET等のポリマーフィルム。 11.太陽光に耐性がある又は低放射率の機能積層ウインドーを製造するため の請求項10に記載のフィルムの使用。 12.請求項10に記載のポリマーフィルムを組み込んだことを特徴とする積 層ウインドー。 13.前記「下側」非反射層の一又は複数の層を堆積させる条件を変えて、積 層体の層を堆積させるためにスパッタリング技術を使用し、それによって、内部 応力に起因する前記フィルムの湾曲を実 質的にもたらさないようにして、前記「下側」非反射層の残留応力レベルを最小 化することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のうちのいづれか1項に記載の可撓性ポ リマーフィルムの形のコーティングされた基材の製造方法。 14.銀によって作られた少なくとも1つの機能層と、1又は複数の金属化合 物によって作られ且つ前記銀層の両側に配置された非反射層とを含む積層体であ り、前記銀層の下に配置された前記非反射層が、前記銀層に直接に接触する酸化 亜鉛によって作られた上側部分層と下側に配置された追加の部分層とを含む、透 明基材のための熱放射線を反射する積層体であって、前記酸化亜鉛層の下に配置 され且つ「下側」非反射層に属する前記追加の部分層が、内部引っ張り応力を持 つ窒化アルミニウムに基づく層であるという事実によって識別されることを特徴 とする積層体。 15.コーティングのパラメータを調節することによって、前記窒化アルミニ ウム層の内部圧縮応力の強度を、前記酸化亜鉛層の内部圧縮応力の強度にほぼ一 致させ、それによって、これら2つの隣接する部分層の引っ張り応力と圧縮応力 とが少なくともおおよそ釣り合っていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の積 層体。 16.前記酸化亜鉛層の厚さが15nm未満、好ましくは12nm未満である ことを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載の積層体。 17.追加の非反射層によって互いに分離されている銀で作られた2つの機能 層を含み、また、この追加の非反射層が2つの部分層、すなわち、内部圧縮応力 下にあり、酸化亜鉛で作られていて、且つ上側の銀層に直接に接触している層と 、内部引っ張り応力下にあり、窒化アルミニウムで作られていて、且つ下側の銀 層に隣接している部分層とを含むことを特徴とする請求項14〜16のうちのい ずれか1項に記載の積層体。 18.以下の構造によって特徴付けられる請求項14〜17のうちのいづれか 1項に記載の積層体。 (基材)/AlN/ZnO/Ag/Ti/TiO2 19.以下の構造によって特徴付けられる請求項14〜16のうちのいづれか 1項に記載の積層体。 (基材)/AlN/ZnO/Ag/AlN 20.以下の構造によって特徴付けられる請求項17に記載の積層体。 (基材)/AlN/ZnO/Ag/AlN/ZnO/Ag/AlN 21.金属アルミニウムカソードから反応性スパッタリングによって形成され るAlNに基づく層のコーティングパラメータを選択して、コーティングされた フィルムに積層体の形成の後で内部応力によってもたらされる実質的な湾曲が起 こらないように薄いポリマーのフィルム、特にPETのフィルムをコーティング するための請求項14〜20のうちのいづれか1項に記載の積層体の使用。
