Description
Claims (15)
- 열처리 (굽힘, 강인화, 어닐링)에 적합하고,유전 기저층(dielectric base layer)과,반사(reflection)가 되며, 크롬 또는 적어도 45 중량%의 크롬을 함유한 금속 합금으로 제조된 금속층과,유전 질화물 피복층(dielectric nitride covering layer)을 포함한, 금속성 반사(metallic reflection)와 내열성(thermal resistance)을 위해 박층(thin layer)을 포함하는 다층 코팅을 구비한 투명 기재(transparent substrate)로서,상기 유전 기저층은 상기 투명 기재와 접하거나 접하지 않을 수 있고, 반사율이 2.0% 이상인 산화물 부분층(oxide partial layer)과,상기 금속층과 접하는 질화물 부분층(nitride partial layer)으로 구성되며;상기 유전 기저층의 상기 질화물 부분층은 Si3N4 또는 AlN을 원료로 하고, 소수 원소를 원료로 하고;Zr, Ti, TiCr, ZrCr 또는 TiNi과 같이 금속이나 금속 합금으로 제조된 1 내지 3nm 두께의 보호층은 상기 질화물 피복층 위에 위치하고, 상기 보호층은 코팅된 상기 기재의 열 처리 후 상응하는 산화물 층으로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유전 기저층의 상기 산화물 부분층 또는 부분층들은 SnO2, ZnO 또는 TiO2를 원료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유전 기저층의 상기 산화물 부분층 또는 부분층들은 전체 두께가 30 내지 90nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유전 기저층의 상기 질화물 부분층은 두께가 적어도 10nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크롬 함유 합금은 75 내지 80 중량%의 Cr을 함유하는 CrAl 합금이거나, 45 내지 85 중량%의 Cr을 함유하는 CrSi 합금이거나, 70 내지 80 중량%의 Cr을 함유하는 CrAlSi 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크롬 또는 크롬 합금 금속층은 두께가 15 내지 50nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 질화물 피복층은 Si3N4 또는 AlN을 원료로 하고, 두께는 6nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 코팅은 연속 코팅으로 상기 기재에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 코팅은 장식 또는 패턴 형태인 불연속 층으로 상기 기재에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅된 상기 기재는 기계적 또는 화학적 처리로 열 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유전 기저층의 상기 산화물 부분층 또는 부분층들은 SnO2 과 ZnO 과 TiO2를 원료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유전 기저층의 상기 질화물 부분층은 Si3N4 및 AlN을 원료로 하고, 소수 원소를 원료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 질화물 피복층은 Si3N4 및 AlN을 원료로 하고, 두께는 6nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 기재.
