Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 巻取り可能な複合管であって、 概ね流体不浸透性の内側ライナと、 前記ライナを被包すると共にファイバ及びマトリックスから形成された第一複 合層であって、らせん状に延びる第一ファイバ、時計方向に延びる第二ファイバ 、及び逆時計方向に延びる第三ファイバを有し、前記第一ファイバが前記第二フ ァイバ及び前記第三ファイバの少なくとも一方と織り合わされている、第一複合 層と、 前記巻取り可能な複合管内に埋設されると共に前記巻取り可能な複合管の長さ 方向に延びる第一エネルギ導体と を含む、巻取り可能な複合管。 2. 前記第一エネルギ導体が、液圧媒体、気圧媒体、電気媒体、及び光学媒体 のうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項1に記載の複合管。 3. 前記エネルギ導体が電気媒体であり、前記複合管が前記エネルギ導体を被 包する絶縁鎧装をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の複合管。 4. 前記ライナを形成する前記ポリマ材料が、熱可塑性材料及び熱硬化性ポ リマのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項14に記載の複合管。 17. 前記ライナを形成する前記ポリマ材料が同時押出成形された複合ポリマ である、請求項14に記載の複合管。 18. 前記ライナを形成する前記ポリマ材料が、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、テト ラフルオロエチレンエチレン、架橋ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、 及びポリエステルのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項17に記載の複合管 。 19. 前記ライナが、テトラフルオロエチレンエチレンをさらに含み、その結 果前記ライナが、複素環式アミン、無機硫黄化合物、及び窒素有機化合物及びア セチレン有機化合物のうちのいずれかから選択される腐食物質に対して化学的に 耐性である、請求項14に記載の複合管。 20. 前記第一複合層を形成する前記マトリックスが、少なくとも250,000psi の引張り係数と、少なくとも5%の最大引張り伸びと、少なくとも華氏180度 のガラス転移温度とを有する、請求項1に記載の複合管。 24. 前記第二ファイバ及び前記第三ファイバのそれぞれが、ナイロン、ポリ エステル、熱可塑性材料、ガラス、及びアラミドのうちのいずれかから選択され る、請求項1に記載の複合管。 25. 前記第一ファイバが、アラミド、カーボン、及びガラスのファイバのう ちのいずれかから選択される、請求項1に記載の複合管。 26. 前記第一複合層が、該管の長手軸に対して30度から70度の角度に配 向された概ね連続したファイバのうち、ファイバ体積で少なくとも80%を含み 、前記概ね連続したファイバが、9万psiを越える軸方向の弾性係数を有する、 請求項1に記載の複合管。 27. 前記第二ファイバ及び前記第三ファイバの合計ファイバ体積が、前記第 一複合層中の総ファイバ体積の20%未満を構成するという改良をさらに含む、 請求項1に記載の複合管。 28. 前記第一ファイバのファイバ体積が、前記第一複合層のファイバ体積の うちの80%を越える体積を有するという改良をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の 複合管。 29. 前記第一複合層の外側に第二複合層をさらに含み、前記第二複合層が第 前記圧力緩衝層が不浸透性のフィルムである、請求項30に記載の複合 管。 33. 前記圧力緩衝層が、ポリマ材料による溶着粒子コーティングを含む、請 求項30に記載の複合管。 34. 前記第一複合層の外側に外側保護層をさらに含み、前記外側保護層が、 疲労耐性を提供するよう構成されていると共に、前記第一複合層の摩擦係数より も小さい摩擦係数を備えた外表面を有する、請求項1に記載の複合管。 35. 前記外側保護層が、ファイバと、微粒子を加えたマトリックスとから形 成された複合材をさらに含む、請求項34に記載の複合管。 36. 前記微粒子が、セラミックス、メタリックス、ポリメリックス、シリカ 、及びフッ化ポリマのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項35に記載の複合 管。 37. 前記ライナが、前記複合管内に発生した静電気を散逸させるための添加 剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合管。 38. 前記複合管内に発生した静電気を散逸させるための前記添加剤がカーボ ン・ブラックである、請求項1に記載の複合管。 39. 巻取り可能な複合管であって、 概ね流体不浸透性の内側ライナと、 前記ライナを被包すると共に、マトリックス及び第一組のファイバから形成さ れた第一複合層と、 該巻取り可能な複合管内に埋設されると共に、前記巻取り可能な複合管の長さ 方向に延びるエネルギ導体と を含み、 リール上に巻き取られたときの前記巻取り可能な複合管の最大引張りひずみが 少なくとも0.25パーセントである、 巻取り可能な複合管。 40. 前記第一エネルギ導体が、液圧媒体、気圧媒体、電気媒体、及び透光性 媒体のうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項39に記載の複合管。 41. 前記エネルギ導体が電気媒体であり、前記複合管が前記エネルギ導体を 被包する絶縁鎧装をさらに含む、請求項40に記載の複合管。 42. 前記絶縁鎧装が概ね流体不浸透性である、請求項41に記載の複合管。 43. 前記エネルギ導体が、前記複合管に操作可能に接続された機械を電気的 に駆動する一次ライン、二次ライン、及び三次ラインを有する三相電気媒体を形 成する、請求項41に記載の複合管。 44. 前記第一エネルギ導体が前記第一複合層内に完全に埋設されている、請 求項39に記載の複合管。 45. 前記液圧媒体を形成する前記ポリマ材料が、熱可塑性材料及び熱硬化性 ポリマのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項47に記載の複合管。 49. 前記第一エネルギ導体が、前記複合管の長さ方向にらせん状に延びる、 請求項39に記載の複合管。 50. 前記複合管に埋設されると共に、前記複合管の長さ方向に沿って軸方向 に延びる第二エネルギ導体であって、前記第一エネルギ導体に直径方向に対向す 前記ライナを形成する前記ポリマ材料が、熱可塑性材料及び熱硬化性ポ リマのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項52に記載の複合管。 55. 前記ライナを形成する前記ポリマ材料が同時押出成形された複合ポリマ である、請求項52に記載の複合管。 56. 前記ライナを形成する前記ポリマ材料が、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、テト ラフルオロエチレンエチレン、架橋ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、 及びポリエステルのうちのいずれかから選択される、請求項55に記載の複合管 。 57. 前記ライナが、テトラフルオロエチレンエチレンをさらに含み、その結 果前記ライナが、複素環式アミン、無機硫黄化合物、及び窒素有機化合物及びア セチレン有機化合物のうちのいずれかから選択される腐食物質に対して化学的に 耐性である、請求項52に記載の複合管。 58. 前記第一複合層を形成する前記マトリックスが、少なくとも250,000psi の引張り係数と、少なくとも5%の最大引張り伸びと、少なくとも華氏180度 のガラス転移温度とを有する、請求項39に記載の複合管。 62. 前記第一組のファイバが、 アラミド、カーボン、及びガラスのうちのいずれかから選択される一組の構造 ファイバと、 ナイロン、ポリエステル、熱可塑性材料、ガラス、及びアラミドのうちのいず れかから選択される一組のブレード・ファイバと をさらに含む、請求項39に記載の複合管。 63. 前記第一複合層の外側に第二複合層をさらに含み、前記第二複合層が第 一組のアラミド・ファイバから形成される、請求項39に記載の複合管。 64. 前記第一複合層の外側に、流体が前記複合管を貫通することを防止する ための圧力緩衝層をさらに含む、請求項39に記載の複合管。 65. 前記第一組のファイバが、長手軸に対して0度より大きく70度未満の 角度にらせん状に配向されたファイバのうち、ファイバ体積で少なくとも80% を含む、請求項39に記載の複合管。 68. 長手軸方向に延びた巻取り可能な複合管であって、 概ね流体不浸透性のライナと、 前記ライナを被包すると共に、マトリックス中に埋設されたファイバから形成 された複合層と、 該長手軸に対してらせん状に配向されると共に、前記ライナ又は前記複合層の うちのいずれかに埋設されたエネルギ導体と を含む、管。 69. 長手軸方向に延びた巻取り可能な複合管であって、 概ね流体不浸透性のライナと、 前記ライナを被包すると共に、マトリックス中に埋設されたファイバから形成 された複合層と、 前記複合層の外側の、前記複合層内に流体が貫通するのを防止するための圧力 緩衝層と、 該長手軸に対してらせん状に配向されると共に、前記圧力緩衝層内に埋設され たエネルギ導体と を含む、管。
