Claims (35)
- 坑井によって横切られた地下層を処理する方法であって、
コイルドチュービングに光ファイバ・テザーを配置する段階を備え、光ファイバ・テザーは、コイルドチュービングに対してある程度の緩みをもっており、

坑井にコイルドチュービングを配置する段階と、
少なくとも一つの調整可能なパラメータを有するウェル処理操作を実行する段階と、
測定された坑井の特性を取得する段階と、
測定した特性を伝達すべく前記光ファイバ・テザーを用いる段階と、
ウェル処理操作の少なくとも一つの調整可能なパラメータを、測定された特性に基づいてリアルタイムで調整する段階とを具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記測定された特性を、前記ウェル処理操作の実行と同時に取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定された特性を、前記調整と同時に取得することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェル処理操作は、少なくとも一つの流体を前記坑井に注入することを具備する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェル処理操作は、少なくとも一つの流体を前記コイルドチュービングに注入することを具備する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェル処理操作は、少なくとも一つの流体を前記コイルドチュービングの外側の坑井環帯に注入することを具備する請求項4に記載の方法。

- 前記測定した特性は、圧力、温度、pH、沈殿物の量、流体温度、深度、ガスの存在、化学ルミネセンス、ガンマ線、抵抗率、塩分、流量、流体の圧縮性、ツール位置、ケーシング・カラー・ロケータの存在、ツール状態及びツール配向で構成されるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定した特性は、圧力であり、かつ前記ウェル処理操作は、所定の限度以下に前記圧力を維持する段階を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの調整可能なパラメータは、多量の注入流体、一組の注入流体における各流体の組成比、一組の注入物質における各物質の化学的濃度、コイルドチュービングに注ぎ込まれる流体に対する環帯に注ぎ込まれる流体の相対的比率、放出される触媒の濃度、ポリマーの濃度、プロパントの濃度、及びコイルドチュービングの位置で構成されているグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定された特性は、ウェルの間隔にわたる測定の分布範囲で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェルの間隔は、多元ウェルの枝内にあることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記コイルドチュービングは、地下層に流体を供給すべく位置決めされ、かつ前記ウェル処理操作は、該地下層からの炭化水素の流れを促すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コイルドチュービングは、地下層に流体を供給すべく位置決めされ、かつ前記ウェル処理操作は、該地下層からの水の流れを妨げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の少なくとも一つは、発泡されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェル処理操作は、前記光ファイバ・テザーを介して前記坑井のツールと通信することを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 地下坑井における操作を実行する方法であって、
コイルドチュービングに非ケーブル光ファイバ・テザーを配置する段階と、
坑井にコイルドチュービング、杭内ツール、及びセンサを配置する段階と、
光ファイバ・テザーを坑内ツール及びセンサに光学的に接続する段階と、
センサを作動させて操作に関連する測定された特性を取得する段階と、
測定された特性を、光ファイバ・テザーを通じて制御システムに送る段階と、
制御システムから光ファイバ・テザーにわたりコイルドチュービングに接続された坑井装置に制御信号を送信する段階とを備え、制御信号は、光ファイバ・テザーを通じて坑内ツールから取得した情報に基づくものである、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記坑井から前記コイルドチュービングを撤回することを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記坑井に前記光ファイバ・テザーを置き去りにすることを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記光ファイバ・テザーは、流体を前記コイルドチュービングに注ぎ込むことによって該コイルドチュービングに配置されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 特性を測定することを更に具備することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記特性は、リアルタイムで測定されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記測定した特性は、坑底圧力、坑底温度、分布温度、流体抵抗率、pH、圧縮/張力、トルク、坑内流量、坑内流体圧縮率、ツール位置、ガンマ線、ツール配向、コンクリート道床高さ、及びケーシング・カラー位置の組から選択されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記特性は、分布温度、ツール位置及びツール配向から選択され、かつ前記坑井は、多元ウェルであることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 坑井で操作を実行するための装置であって、
坑井に配置されるように構成されたコイルドチュービングと、
地表制御装置と、
前記コイルドチュービングに接続された少なくとも一つの坑井装置と、
前記コイルドチュービングに搭載されかつ前記坑井装置及び前記地表制御装置のそれぞれに接続された光ファイバ・テザーと、
を備え、
前記光ファイバ・テザーは、前記少なくとも一つの杭井装置から前記地表制御装置に信号を送信するための第1の光ファイバと、前記地表制御装置から前記少なくとも一つの杭井装置に信号を送信するための第2の光ファイバとを備える、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記坑井装置は、特性を測定しかつ出力を生成するための測定装置と、及び前記測定装置からの前記出力を光信号に変換するためのインターフェイス装置とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
- 前記測定した特性は、圧力、温度、分布温度、pH、沈殿物の量、流体温度、深度、化学ルミネセンス、ガンマ線、抵抗率、塩分、流量、流体の圧縮性、粘度、圧縮、応力、ひずみ、ツール位置、ツール状態、ツール配向、及びそれらの組合せで構成されるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。

- 前記光ファイバ・テザーは、少なくとも一つの光ファイバを取り囲んでいる金属管を備えていることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
- 前記光ファイバ・テザーに対して地表終端及び坑内終端の少なくとも一つを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
- マトリクス・スティミュレーション、フィル・クリーンアウト、破砕、スケール除去、帯状分離、穿孔、坑内流れ制御、坑内完了操作、ウェル・ロッギング、フィッシング、掘削、フライス削り、物理特性を測定すること、ウェルで装置の一部を探し出すこと、坑井における特定のフューチャを探し出すこと、弁を制御すること、及びツールを制御することの組から選択された坑井操作で請求項26に記載された装置を用いる方法。
- 前記光ファイバ・テザーは、坑内終端を更に備えそれにより前記第1の光ファイバと前記第2の光ファイバが接続されることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
- 坑井で作業する方法であって、
コイルドチュービングに光ファイバ・テザーを配置する段階を備え、光ファイバ・テザーは、コイルチュービングに対してある程度の緩みをもっており、
ウェルに前記コイルドチュービングを配置する段階と、及び
操作を実行する段階とを具備し、前記操作は、前記光ファイバ・テザーで送信された信号によって制御されることを特徴とする方法。
