- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.全体の流動方向を有する流動体内の汚染物を光触媒変換するために使用され る反応器であって、 光源と、 光触媒と、 前記光触媒の支持体を提供するために前記流動体内に配置される交差しない複 数のフィンであって、前記フィンは、前記流動体の前記全体の流動方向に実質的 に平行であり、且つ前記光源に実質的に直角に配置され、又前記光源が前記光触 媒を活性化できる波長を有する光を前記光触媒に照らすように形成されたフィン と、 からなることを特徴とする反応器。 2.前記各フィンは、薄く平坦な板である請求項1に記載の反応器。 3.前記各フィンは、前記光源が通る1或いはそれ以上の開口を有する請求項1 に記載の反応器。 4.前記光源は、1或いはそれ以上のランプからなる請求項1に記載の反応器。 5.前記ランプは、円筒形である値求項4に記載の反応器。 6.前記ランプは、湾曲している請求項4に記載の反応器。 7.前記支持体は、前記光源の周りに放射状に配置されている請求項1に記載の 反応器。 8.全体の流動方向を有する流動体内の汚染物を光触媒変換するために使用され る反応器であって、 前記流動体内に配置される交差しない複数のフィンであって、前記フィンは、 前記流動体の前記流動方向に略平行に、且つ中心コアから略直角状に放射するよ うに配置され、前記中心コアは外周を有し、前記フィンは、前記中心コアの前記 外周の周りに略等間隔に配置されるようなフィンと、 前記フィンに配置された光触媒と、 前記中心コアの周りに略同心配置された1或いはそれ以上の環状ランプからな る光源であって、前記ランプは、前記フィンを通り、且つ前記光源が前記光触媒 を活性化できる波長を有する光を前記光触媒に照らすように形成された光源と、 からなる反応器。 9.全体の流動方向を有する流動体内の汚染物を光触媒変換するために使用され る反応器であって、 1或いはそれ以上のランプからなる光源と、 光触媒と、 前記光触媒を支持するために前記流動体内に配置される1或いはそれ以上のフ ィンであって、各フィンは、1或いはそれ以上のひだからなり、前記ひだは、前 記流動体の方向に実質的に平行に配列され、前記ランプ及びフィンは、前記ひだ に形成される陰影を最小にして、前記光触媒を活性化させる量の光を前記光触媒 に照らすように形成されたフィンと、 からなる反応器。 10.前記フィンは、多孔を有する請求項9に記載の反応器。 11.全体の流動方向を有する流動体内の汚染物を光触媒変換するために使用さ れる反応器であって、 前記流動体内に配置される1或いはそれ以上のフィンであって、前記各フィン は、前記流動体に接触するための1或いはそれ以上のひだからなり、前記各フィ ンは、前記流動体が流れることができる多孔性素材から更に構成されるようなフ ィンと、 前記フィンに配置された光触媒と、 1或いはそれ以上の長尺なランプからなる光源であって、前記各ランプは、長 手軸を有し、前記ランプの少なくとも1つは、前記各フィンに対して配置され、 もって配置された前記ランプの前記長手軸は、前記光触媒を照らす光を提供する ために前記フィンのひだに直角となるような光源と、 からなる反応器。 12.全体の流動方向を有する流動体内の汚染物を光触媒変換するために使用さ れる反応器であって、 1或いはそれ以上のシリンダであって、前記シリンダは、前記流動体が前記全 体の流動方向に向かって前記各シリンダを通過して、前記各シリンダは、内表面 と長手軸とからなり、前記各シリンダの前記内表面は、前記シリンダの前記長手 軸に実質的に平行に延びている1或いはそれ以上のひだを有するシリンダと、 前記各シリンダの前記内表面に配置された光触媒と、 前記光触媒を活性化できる波長を有する光を前記光触媒に照らすために前記各 シリンダ内に長手方向に配置された光源と、 からなる反応器。 13.1或いはそれ以上の前記シリンダは、互いに連結され形成ブロックとなる 請求項12に記載の反応器。 14.前記形成ブロック及び前記ひだは、流体の通過を許容する多孔性素材で形 成されている請求項13に記載の反応器。 15.全体の流動方向を有する流動体内の汚染物を光触媒変換するために使用さ れる反応器であって、 中央キャビティを有する円筒体を形成するために間隔を有して重ねられた複数 の環状フィンであって、前記中央キャビティには前記全体の流動方向に流れる流 動体が流れるようなフィンと、 前記フィンを回転させて前記流動体に遠心力を掛けて、前記間隔を有して配置 されたフィンの間に前記流動体を流すために前記フィンの前記円筒体に連結され た回転装置と、 前記複数のフィンに配置された光触媒と、 前記光触媒を活性化できる波長を有する光を前記光触媒に照らすために前記フ ィンの光学的近傍にある光源と、 からなる反応器。 16.前記光触媒は、Xを0から1までの値としたとき、TiO2、ZnO、CaTiO3、S nO2、MoO3、Fe2O3、WO3、Nb2O5、SiC或いはTi(Zr1-X)O2である請求項1に記載 の反応器。 17.更に前記反応器は、前記流動体内に配置されるプレフィルタと、ポストフ ィルタと、吸収性緩衝剤と、オゾン発生器と、或いはそれらの組み合わせと、か らなる請求項1に記載の反応器。 18.前記フィンは、金属、プラスチック、ポリマー、紙、布、或いは繊維から なる請求項1に記載の反応器。 19.前記フィンは、光散乱或いは反射表面からなる請求項1に記載の反応器。 20.直列或いは並列に連結して使用される1或いはそれ以上の請求項1の反応 器からなるモジュラー反応器アセンブリ。
