Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.プロセス制御ループに接続された処理装置であって、 プロセスに関連するプロセス信号を発生するプロセス信号入力手段と、 公称パラメータ値やルールが記憶されているメモリーと、 デジタル化されたプロセス変数の統計パラメータを算定し、ルールに基づいて 前記統計パラメータおよび公称パラメータ値に演算を施こし、前記演算に基づい て検知されたプロセス中の事象に応じた事象出力を発生する演算回路と、 事象出力を出力する出力回路とから成る処理装置。 2.前記の公称パラメータ値が、経験値および感度パラメータから成ることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 3.前記のプロセス制御ループは、2線式プロセス制御ループ、3線式プロセ ス制御ループ、および4線式プロセス制御ループの群から選択されたものである ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 4.前記の装置が、プロセス制御ループから受け入れられれた電力で完全に給 電されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 5.前記の統計パラメータは、標準偏差、平均値、標本分散値、自乗平均平方 根(RMS)、範囲値、および変動率の群から選択されたものであることを特徴 とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 6.前記の演算回路が、複数の統計パラメータに基づいて事象出 力を発生することを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 7.前記のルールは、スパイク、ドリフト、バイアス、ノイズ、およびスタッ クの群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 8.前記の演算回路がファジー論理を含み、前記のルールがメンバーシップ関 数を使うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 9.さらに、前記メモリー内に記憶されたファジーメンバーシップ関数を含み 、前記の演算回路が、ルールの演算前にメンバーシップ関数を統計パラメータに 適用することを特徴とする請求項8記載の処理装置。 10.前記のプロセス信号入力手段がセンサー入力チャンネルで構成され、前 記のプロセス信号がプロセス変数であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装 置。 11.前記のセンサー入力チャンネルが、 プロセスに関連するセンサー出力を発生するセンサーと、 そのセンサー出力をデジタルプロセス変数に変換するアナログ/デジタル変換 器とを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の処理装置。 12.前記のセンサーが、圧力、温度、pH値、流量、濁度、レベル値、位置 、導電度、モータ電流、モータ逆起電力、振動の感知センサー群から選択された ものであることを特徴とする請求項11記載の処理装置。 13.前記のプロセス信号入力手段が制御チャンネルで構成され、前記のプロ セス信号が制御信号であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 14.前記の制御チャンネルが、 プロセスを制御する制御素子と、 その制御素子を駆動するアクチュエータとから成ることを特徴とする請求項1 3記載の処理装置。 15.前記のプロセス信号入力手段が、プロセス制御ループからのプロセス信 号を受信できるように、前記制御ループに接続されている入力回路よりなること を特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 16.前記の出力回路が、プロセス制御ループに事象出力を伝送するように、 プロセス制御ループに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置 。 17.前記の出力回路が、事象出力をユーザに出力するユーザ出力回路を含む ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 18.前記のプロセス信号入力手段が診断チャンネルで構成され、前記のプロ セス信号が、プロセスを制御するのに使われる制御素子に関連する診断信号より なることを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 19.前記の診断信号が、バルブステム位置、応力、圧力の群から選択された ものであること特徴とする請求項18記載の処理装置。 20.前記のアクチュエータがモータであって、前記の制御素子 が前記モータで駆動するポンプであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の処理装 置。 21.プロセス制御ループに対して診断を行えるように、前記の事象出力に接 続された推論エンジンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の処理装置。 22.前記の演算回路が、プロセス制御ループの正常運転中に統計パラメータ をモニターし、その結果によって経験値を発生することを特徴とする請求項2記 載の処理装置。 23.プロセス制御ループ内の発信装置であって、 プロセス変数を感知するセンサーと、 前記センサーに接続されてデジタル化されたプロセス変数出力を生成するアナ ログ/デジタル変換器と、 公称パラメータおよびルールを記憶しているメモリーと、 前記のメモリーとアナログ/デジタル変換器に接続され、デジタル化されたプ ロセス変数の統計パラメータを算定し、公称パラメータおよびルールに基づいて 統計パラメータに演算を施こし、応答結果としてプロセス事象出力を発生する演 算回路と、 前記プロセス制御ループに接続されて、前記のプロセス制御ループ上にプロセ ス事象出力を出力する出力回路とから成る発信装置。 24.前記の公称パラメータ値が、経験値と感度パラメータとから成ることを 特徴とする請求項23記載の発信装置。 25.前記の装置が、プロセス制御ループから受け入れた電力で 完全に給電されることを特徴とする請求項23記載の発信装置。 26.前記のルールは、信号スパイク、信号ドリフト、信号バイアス、信号ノ イズ、および信号スタックの群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求 項23記載の発信装置。 27.前記のセンサーは、圧力、pH値、流量、濁度およびレベルのセンサー 群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項23記載の発信装置。 28.前記のアナログ/デジタル変換器に接続され、デジタル化されたプロセ ス変数を補償する補償回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項23記載の発信装置 。 29.前記の演算回路が、プロセス制御ループの正常運転中に統計パラメータ をモニターし、結果として、経験値を生成することを特徴とする請求項24記載 の発信装置。 30.プロセス制御システム内のプロセス事象を検知する処理装置の動作方法 であって、 プロセスに関連するプロセス信号を得る工程と、 メモリーからルールを検索する工程と、 メモリーから公称パラメータを検索する工程と、 プロセス信号の統計パラメータを算定する工程と、 ルールで特定された関係に従って統計パラメータを公称値と比較する工程と、 比較工程に基づいたプロセス事象出力を応答結果として発生する 工程とから成るプロセス事象の検知方法。 31.前記の公称値が経験値と感度パラメータから成ることを特徴とする請求 項30記載の検知方法。 32.前記のプロセス信号がプロセス変数であることを特徴とする請求項30 記載の検知方法。 33.前記のプロセス信号が制御信号であることを特徴とする請求項30記載 の検知方法。 34.前記のプロセス信号が診断信号であることを特徴とする請求項30記載 の検知方法。 35.さらに、正常運転中にプロセス変数の統計パラメータを算定する工程と 、その統計パラメータを経験値として前記メモリーに記憶する工程とを備えるこ とを特徴とする請求項31記載の検知方法。 36.前記のルールが、スパイク、ドリフト、バイアス、ノイズおよびスタッ クの群から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項30記載の検知方法。 37.前記の統計パラメータが、標準偏差、平均値、標本分散値、自乗平均平 方根(RMS)、範囲値および変動率の群から選択されたものであることを特徴 とする請求項30記載の検知方法。 38.前記の比較工程がファジー論理演算の実行を含むことを特徴とする請求 項30記載の検知方法。
