Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. プロセス内の現場装置からの制御出力を有効化するための方法であって 、 プロセスを反復学習し、ある特定の期間にわたって記憶されたプロセ ス変数と制御出力とから成る学習されたプロセス情報とを提供するステップと、 プロセス内のプロセス変数の現在値を測定し、現在のプロセス変数の 関数として、プロセスの現在の制御出力を算出して、現在のプロセス情報を供給 するステップと、 現在のプロセス情報と学習されたプロセス情報とを比較して、有効化 信号を供給するステップとを含む方法。 2. 各ステップが現場装置内で実行される請求項1の方法。 3. 第1の位置(location)でプロセス変数が測定され、第2の位置で制御 信号の算出とそれらの比較が実行される請求項1の方法。 4. 第1の位置でプロセス変数が測定され、第2の位置で制御信号が算出さ れ、さらに第3の位置でそれらの比較が実行される請求項1の方法。 5. 学習されたプロセス情報が、ファジィ論理アルゴリズムでモデル化され る請求項1の方法。 6. 学習されたプロセス情報が、神経回路網によってモデル化される請求項 1の方法。 7. 学習されたプロセス情報が、回帰アルゴリズムによってモデル化される 請求項1の方法。 8. プロセス制御産業で使用される様式の2線式装置であって、 プロセス変数を受信するプロセス変数入力と、 感知されたプロセス変数と設定値との関数として、制御出力を算出す るための制御回路と、 一連の、感知されたプロセス変数および学習プロセス・サイクルを表 わす命令出力を記憶するためのメモリと、 2線上に制御出力をフォーマット(format)するための出力回路と、 学習されたプロセス・サイクルと感知されたプロセス変数および命令 出力とを比較し、それに応じて、命令出力の状態を表わす有効化された信号を供 給する有効化回路とを含む装置。 9. プロセス変数を補償する補償回路を含む請求項8の装置。 10. 学習されたプロセス・サイクルが、ファジィ論理アルゴリズムでモデル 化される請求項8の装置。 11. 学習されたプロセス・サイクルが、神経回路網によってモデル化される 請求項8の装置。 12. 学習されたプロセス・サイクルが、回帰アルゴリズムによってモデル化 される請求項8の装置。 13. プロセス変数入力が、プロセス変数を感知するためのセン サを含む請求項8の装置。 14. 装置が、2線式ループを介して完全に給電される請求項8の装置。 15. 装置が、伝送器を含む請求項8の装置。
