Abstract

Claims (55)
- プロセスへ接続されるプロセス装置と、
前記プロセス装置をプロセスへ接続するためのプロセス接続装置と、
振動を感知し、該感知された振動信号を提供するように構成された振動センサと、
感知した振動信号を受信し、これに応答してプロセス障害またはプロセス構成部分の動作に関連した診断出力を提供するように構成されており、前記プロセス装置内に配置された診断回路とを備えた工業プロセス制御または監視システムで使用される装置。 - 前記プロセス装置が、プロセス変数を感知するためのプロセス変数センサを含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置が、プロセスの動作を制御するように構成された制御要素を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置が、プロセス信号を受信するように構成された入力部を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置が、2線プロセスループに接続するように構成された通信回路を含む出力回路を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記振動がプロセス構成部分を通じて搬送される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記振動センサが加速度計からなる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記振動センサが一つの軸に沿った振動を感知するように構成されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記振動センサが一つ以上の軸に沿った振動を感知するように構成された請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路からの出力がプロセス制御ループ上に送出される請求項1記載の装置。

プロセス装置内の振動センサによって、物理的接続部を通じて受け入れたプロセス振動を感知し、
プロセス構成部分の動作またはプロセスの障害を、感知された振動に基づいて診断する方法。 - プロセス変数の感知を含んでいる請求項32記載の方法。
- プロセス動作の制御を含んでいる請求項32記載の方法。
- 2線プロセス制御ループ上へのデータ出力を含んでいる請求項32記載の方法。
- 前記プロセス振動が、プロセス構成部分を通じて伝えられる請求項32記載の方法。
